In order to make a payment you must ensure that you provide the following information:
Matter Reference Number - The reference number which can be found on any documentation sent to you (e.g. 3456543)
Payment Amount - The amount you wish to pay in pounds sterling (e.g. 50.00)
After submitting payment you will be transferred to our tyl by Natwest Secure Payment page.
Credit card payments for any part of a purchase deposit must not be made via our online portal and can result in a payment being bounced. Please discuss this with your solicitor, as it may impact your mortgage lender’s finance offer to you.
Payments to Nationwide Unsecured Accounts Only
If this is a credit card I need to make you aware that:
- Your credit card provider might charge interest from the date of payment and may charge interest which is more than if you were to pay by another method
- We should only accept this as a one off and future payments should be made by another method as you are not reducing your overall debt
