My process and what I do. My creative process is simple. Getting to know you as an individual. People are important, and I find that you have a most valuable aspect of the personality of the project as I set forth making your item. Getting to know you personally allows me to create freely. We use a Project Management form of the project planning stages to complete your project. I give a standard 30 days for completion of your project depending on the work done. Most projects get done on the time it takes to complete other projects. Because there is a wait time we will allow you to be notified of that current wait time.

This is Hayden and he loves Star Wars. He came to me one day and asked for a Star Wars playing card case. I wanted this case to be special for him. I asked him what all things you want on it. He said, “Swords, Kilo Wren, Etc.” So I set in motion and went to several places and started with finding a template.

1. The template or the form of the project. I go about it in two ways, first I go into my portfolio of prefabricated designs and pull from that. If I can’t pull from that, I will create a template design. That means also coming from outside sources to find that perfect fit, or designing from scratch.

2. Designing from scratch means that I have two types of processes that I work from. The first of these two is a CANVA program.

I start by applying the template. Once the template is applied then the magic happens. All the designs are at my fingertips including designs that I or the Canva program can create.

Once the designs are applied then it is ready for the prototype 1 process and printing of the design and applied to the project. This means preparing the templates by gluing and cutting out the template designs. Once this is finished, then the designs are processed into a traceable template for tracing onto leather.

The second is Drafting the template and design out. This is a lengthy process but it is a tried and true process that I can rely on if I have nothing else.

3. Once the Templates and design are printed then it goes on to the template making process and the Design application process.

The leather we use is 100% Vegtan Leather. A selection of our leathers depends on the project. We pride ourselves on using quality vegtan leather for our products.

4. Once the design is finished and tooled then the next part is applying the dyes and paints. This process is as delicate as the tooling process

While our standard color is Black Ritza Tiger thread, we use other colors that you see. Just ask when you make your order. When choosing thread its standard to pick a thread the same color as your leather. However other contrasting colors can be a good fit as well. Lets say you desire a Broncos wallet with the color coordination and a good color would be black, orange, or brown.

5. Gluing and applying the inner lining and Sewing. The sewing is done with a variety of our quality Ritza Tiger Thread and Hand Saddle Stitched. We mostly use Traditional Hand saddle stitching on all of our products with the exception of punched holes for buck stitching, or braiding.

6. The final product is burnished with a line of Fiebings finishing products and done.
