The Stability Engine

The Engine, built from the concepts in The Stability Equation, gives you a quick, honest look at where you stand. It shows which pillar needs attention, which one is steady, and what to focus on next. No quick fixes, no judgment, just a clear starting point you can use right now. If you’re ready to take ownership, get grounded, and rebuild from the inside out, start here.

The Stability Engine

Answer a few questions about how you are doing across the 7 pillars of The Stability Equation. You will get a focused plan for the pillar that needs you most right now.

How to answer: For each question choose how often this is true for you. 1 = Never, 5 = Almost always.
Pillar 1: Ownership
Taking responsibility for your choices, habits, and next steps.
Pillar 2: Mindfulness
Being present with your thoughts, emotions, and surroundings.
Pillar 3: Movement
Using your body to support your mind, mood, and health.
Pillar 4: Boundaries
Knowing what is OK and what is not OK for your time, energy, and inputs.
Pillar 5: Connection
Staying plugged in to real humans, not just screens.
Pillar 6: Sleep
Restoring your body and mind so you can function and heal.
Pillar 7: Faith
Having something bigger than yourself to lean on when everything shakes.
