As I said in my post we did our Christmas a little early this year.

We gave hime ten little cars all wraped seperatly. This blue car was this first he opened and it ended up being his favorite. He would use the little car to help him open his next only to look at the new one and throw it over his shoulder.

We had a wonderful day relaxing in our jammies! We got to Skpe with my family in OZ! Because of the time difference our Christmas eve is their Christmas. When we were done Skying, they were off to the beach!!! That night we went to Port of Subs for dinner and then to Albertsons. Albertsons is where Ryan and I had gone the year before on Christmas eve right before my water broke. I was glad to be pushing my baby around in a cart this year!

Santa is coming TONIGHT!

NO, I didn't mix up the date! Santa came to our house on the night of the 23rd or very early in the morning on the 24th. We are unsure....we were sleeping. The reason Santa visited the Petersen house early is because Ryan had to work on the 25th and we wanted to have our own full day of celebrating. Thank you Santa for your cooperation!!!!

The title of this post is a quote from my niece Ivy. She had been talking about Santa and how he was coming, it's been really fun. Christmas Eve she was talking to my parents and said, "Santa is coming TONIGHT!" The poor girl still thinks he is coming.......She didn't see him so he must not have come yet.

Molars

Poor Ezra is currently trying to cut FOUR molars! His gums are swollen to almost triple their normal size! Sleeping has been terrible because the pain wakes him up. I have to say last night he did really good. Two nights ago was the worst....he woke up almost every hour!!!!!!! I was so exhausted when 2:30 rolled around, I didn't think I could handle the lack of sleep. Then the most wonderful thing happened.......I got to snuggle my baby! Ezra is not big on snuggling anymore so this was such a treat! I laid there with him listening to him breath and the little sounds he makes while sleeping. I felt his little hands brushing my skin and his chest moving up and down. I so miss the days when he was tiny and he let us snuggle him. I know it is something I took for granted! I am sad my sweet baby has to go through this pain, but I know it is something we all must do. I am thankful for the sleepless night that I spent with my son!

Ryan and I have not been on a fun trip in so long......and Ezra never has! So instead of buying Christmas gifts for each other this year, we decided to go to Disneyland. We had a great time!!! Here are a "FEW" pictures.
