What is POAS?
POAS is a limited nonprofit company owned by the City of Tampere. We offer affordable rental housing in Tampere, near workplaces, services and universities, as well as close to public transportation connections. Apartments are rented to students at the schools in Tampere and the Pirkanmaa region, as well as to working people under 30 years of age.
