Legal Update on Medication Abortion

The legal situation around mifepristone access is rapidly evolving.

As of Thursday May 14, 2026, patients CAN receive medication abortion with mifepristone via telehealth without seeing a provider in person.

Patients with questions about their care can call 1-800-230-PLAN (7526).
