How do I cancel my subscription or delete my account on Prezi?
You can manage or cancel your subscription directly from your account settings page by selecting the License tab. Click here for step-by-step instructions, or click here to submit a support ticket. Once you’ve canceled your subscription, you can delete your account by following the steps here. If you need further assistance, please submit a support ticket after logging in.

My trial is about to expire. What are my options?
Prezi's subscriptions renew automatically. If you don't cancel before your trial ends, you'll be charged for the renewal of a paid subscription. If you do not want to continue with a paid subscription, you can cancel your trial and continue with our free Basic plan, where you'll still be able to access your existing presentations but some features will be limited.
