You’ll experience powerful, Spirit-led teaching, meaningful connection, and beautifully prepared organic meals shared in community. Each day includes intentional movement through yoga and nature, sunset hikes, embodied practices, and space to feel fully alive in your body again.

You’ll also receive a 30-day post-retreat integration experience, including curated tools, resources, and a 1:1 integration session with either Sam or Brooke. It’s our way of walking with you as you return home and begin living into what God revealed in the pause.

Plan to arrive after 3PM on the 15th.
Programing will begin around 5:30/6:00 PM.
Plan to depart no later than 10AM , ideally not before 9am on the 18th.
