The MarkdownEditor Basic Support is a small amount you can donate to support this project and obtain faster email support and quick updates.
In the last few weeks, I released the MarkdownEditor and the source code is available in GitHub. People are asking what the licence is for this component or other components like DataTables or SVG Icon. I created those components for fun and I hope that someone else could use them for their projects. So, developers contacted me to have some updates or fixes. Basically, I have to maintain those components. I’m happy to do that.
Those components are freeware.
What does freeware mean?
Freeware means there are no paid licenses required to use the application, no fees or donations necessary, no restrictions on how many times you can download or open the program, and no expiration date. However, it can still be restrictive in some ways. Free software, on the other hand, is completely and totally void of restrictions and allows the user to do absolutely whatever they want with the program.
How to contribute
In my case, I ask you to contribute to the project in one of the following ways:

- highlight bugs
- ask for improvement
- submit code and fixes
