The Hiring Manager will want to learn more about your experience, your technical skills, motivations, and interests. Come prepared with a few examples of recent work, preferably work that you directly led and managed end-to-end.

This is an opportunity to showcase your technical knowledge and skills. Formats vary by team and may include: technical discussions, coding interviews, or a take-home exercise. The Talent team will provide you with the appropriate guidance and information to set you up for success.

You will have the opportunity to meet members of the team with whom you will collaborate closely. They will ask you specific questions related to the role to better understand how you've worked with cross-functional teams. Attributes and skills we may be looking for: communication, collaboration, ability to influence, problem-solving, navigating ambiguity, and the ability to make things happen.
