Welcome to Holistic Mentorship!

We offer Holistic Mentorship through Google Classroom for girls and young women ages 10 to 30.

Each girl gets her own customized journey, designed to help her grow in the ways that matter most to her.

Virtual Coaching

For each age group, one-on-one and group coaching is made available. The virtual aspect of the services offered adds greater flexibility and convenience to all participants so that we are not making services available in a variety of settings.

Self-Esteem

In an effort to counteract all the stresses experienced in the lives and mental health of our girls and young women, a main focal area surrounds building self-esteem and teaching them how to love themselves.

Career path Coaching

Career path is a major part of joy and satisfaction as we look to do something aspiring within our livelihood. QueenTown has purposed to come alongside the mentees in this specific portion of life so that choosing a route is after much thought, exploration and discovery of their unique skill sets and makeup.

Young Women

QueenTown serves young women up 18-30 years old. We offer All-Around & Year-Round educational, mentoring and coaching services in areas that assist with personal life building. Career Path, Job Readiness, Meal Planning and Personal Character Coaching are just a snippet of the services offered through the QueenTown platform.

Teens

Teens, ages 13-17, are offered educational services through mentorship and coaching services that provides them with skills to plan, prepare and cast vision for the road ahead while gathering life skills consistent with the path that they aspire to. Self Esteem, Safety, Communication Skills, Interviewing, Money Coaching and Summer Retreats are a few of the options within the QueenTown program.

Tweens

Tweens, ages, 8-12, are provided with an array of services that introduces self-esteem building, entrepreneurship training, social-emotional skills, and career exploration. Within the few services mentioned, tweens are also able to be coached or mentored virtually.

Online Curriculum

The QueenTown Educational Services, has over 30 focus areas that can be taught, explored and provided virtually. Each skilled area is geared for each age level that includes engaging virtual content and trained adult mentors and coaches who come from career and academic paths of Education, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling and Business fields.

Mentors & Coaches

Mentors and Coaches are an essential part of our service to the mentees and participants. We take this role seriously and only allow those with the compassion, training and tailored backgrounds to fill these roles. For mentorship, coaching, and technology tools that fit the needs of the services, we require background checks and specialized training.

Hours of Operation & Duration

For the Young Women, Teens and Tweens who sign up for Virtual Education Services, the sessions are carried out mainly in the evenings. The parents & mentees decide on the specifics along with the assigned mentor. Following an agreement on availability for both, workable schedules are facilitated. The programs can last up to 3 years depending on the needs and desires of the parent and mentee.

Mentorship Vs. Coaching

Mentoring and Coaching are 2 different techniques. Mentorship is where a Mentor provides an experience or expertise level or victory in an area needed by the mentee. That mentor and mentee walk together and address the similar road together, whether it be low self-esteem, self-advocacy or charity. Coaching is a technique whereby the coach and the coachee work together after understanding the desirable direction. They set goals, hold accountability moments and write out and apply an

action plan.

QueenTown uses both strategies to help participants. Our entire program length is 3 years, however each mentee has to opt into the program per year. The parent and mentee get to decide on the timeframe spent inside the program. QueenTown also hosts different activities throughout the year in order to add differentiation of instruction and a variety of strategies and approaches to implement the services. For example, during the summer, QueenTown hosts Activity Retreats. Each age group can attend the retreat.
