Booking Classes - Important Information

Before booking classes, please ensure you have pre-registered via the Symposium website. If you still need to register, please click the registration button at the top of this page.

Before you book, we strongly recommend printing the class schedule first, locate button above. Take time to explore what’s on offer and choose your classes carefully. You do not have to rush into booking your choices, your registration number assists you with your select.

Tutor information and Class Information - full details about tutors and their classes can be found by clicking the tutor’s name or photo in the Tutors tab.

What you’ll need to book, your registration number and a debit or credit card, (Payment for classes is required at the time of booking.)

Sewing machine hire - if you require a sewing machine, this can be booked after classes have been confirmed.

Class Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change and you may no longer be able to attend the Symposium. Refunds will be issues as follows:
* Notifications received by 31st March - 100% refund of class fees, less the non-refundable administration fee
* Notifications received between 1st April - 31st May, 50% refund of class fees, less the non-refundable administration fee
* Notifications received after 1st June - no refund possible
Please Note: The administration fee is non-refundable and will be retained regardless of the cancellation date. Registration fees are non-refundable. Final decision sits with the Symposium Committee
