Position Overview
The Executive Director (ED) serves as the chief administrative officer of the organization and is responsible for the overall management, leadership, and operations of Quinte AAA. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the ED works to implement the organization’s mission and strategic vision while ensuring sound governance, financial responsibility, and strong program delivery. This role requires a hands-on, organized, and collaborative leader who is passionate about youth hockey, community engagement, and building sustainable operations.
