Christmas Day

Ok, really this picture was taken the day before Christmas but what difference does it make LOL! No I just realized we hadn't taken a Christmas photo so since we weren't doing Christmas at our house thought we better get this out of the way so I can have it for scrapbooking.

This is what mom's living room looked like after Santa had delivered all of Paul's presents. I think we went a little over board but really he got a lot of small things. Either way he really enjoyed opening all the gifts, whether or not he will play with all of them is another story.

These were taken while we were waiting for (Great)Grandpa and Janis to get up. Paul was really patient waiting although when we said he could start he was ready to go. Mom and Bob were still half asleep but then again who wouldn't be when it was 6:00 AM!

The present from Santa, Paul asked for Megatron and that is what he got even though he doesn't know how to make them transform he loves them anyways.

Great Grandpa Dean and Janis were the only ones who joined us for Christmas and we had a really nice time. Paul is showing them one of his gifts not really sure which one it was at this point.

All in all we had a really nice Christmas, I am glad that my family is all healthy and was able to enjoy their day with us or not.

Merry Christmas

Just thought I would post our Christmas tree as I think it is so beautiful along with my Christmas wreath I am so proud of myself for decorating it. We decided to just go a little more traditional, no garland or tinsel.

This is our new train and yess it is the Polar Express all the trains even light up just like the movie. Below it a movie from my camera just a warning the train makes a lot of noise since the tracks are on tile as opposed to carpet.

Santa

We took Paul to see Santa Claus and had a really good time. We only had to wait about 30 minutes or so it wasn't to bad. Liane and Paul waited in line and Bert and I just waited in chairs but we got some pictures as this was his first visit. We all thought that after all that waiting in line Paul would do what most kids do and be shy when it came to telling him what he wanted. Although he waited patiently the entire time, didn't throw any fits and was well behaved. It finally came to his turn and with Liane right behind him he told Santa what he wanted. Although we have been trying to get him to ask fo other items he stuck with Mavis (Thomas the Train character), and of course Megatron. It was so cute after he finished telling Santa what he wanted he got in Santa's lap and took the pictures.

Thanksgiving At The Park

Well since we were having Thanksgiving Dinner at Krista and Scott's we pretty much had all day to ourselves so we decided to take the dogs to the park and feed the ducks. Here are some pictures of us at the park.

Bert feeding the Geese, there was only one white one and it ate right out of his hands.

Me and the dogs watching daddy feed the Geese, Cooper just couldn't understand why the birds were getting the food instead of him. Other than the bread I don't think he wasn't interested.

We had really good time and Lucy was really good until a Goose hissed at her then she decided she was going to get that goose! The video is awesome I hope it works.

Our Kids

Ok so we don't have kids yet but these are still our babies. They wouldn't sit next to each other so we had to hold them close together. Neither one liked it who knows why probably because I wanted a close up picture of their faces. Oh well.

I really liked this one of Lucy she was going to give Cooper a kiss I just thought it was sweet.

Welcome

I just thought I would create a blog spot so everyone could see what we are up to. I know Bert isn't the best at keeing in contact so I thought this way everyone could keep in touch in their own time. No one has to worry whether or not they will be bothering someone, and with the time difference there isn't a problem either. Anyways I have posted a few pictures from the wedding.
