Finally on September 4th we were finally able to go home!

At the Hospital

The day of mom and Liane were able to be there with us. They of course couldn't go into the operating room with us but were anxiously awaiting the arrival of Hayley. These are the pictures that were taken in the room after I was brought out from post-op.

Paul was so excited to meet his cousin, and even more excited that she too has red hair!

Patty and Blaine came all the way from Pomerane to see her, I was so excited about that.

9lbs 4oz 21.5 inches

As most of you know we now have a new addition to our family. I have been a little busy but have decided it is time to update the blog. Due to the size of an ultrasound done on August 24th my doctor advised we go ahead with a cesarean delivery for the safe delivery of Hayley. He thought based on her size that her shoulders wouldn't be able to clear the vaginal canal, so c-section it was.

We went into the hospital at 9:30 am on September first and as stated above she was born at 12:34 pm. We were released from the hospital on Sunday the 4th, and have since been trying to get things in a routine. For those of you on Facebook you have seen many pictures for those who are not I will try and get better at posting pictures and information here.

This of course was her just after they pulled her out with her Doctor, Dr. Hu

I will do my best to update with more pictures but she is ready to eat so gotta go!
