Reaseheath has demonstrated resilience through constant change and many tumultuous events over the last century.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Throughout it all, the college has proved that it has the creativity, innovation and drive to remain at the forefront of the sectors we serve. This will no doubt be required over the next hundred years.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

Vocational skills have been very prominent in recent Government policy. There is increasing recognition of the value of technical education, delivered by educational institutions which work in partnership with employers and are backed by the necessary infrastructure and resources.<\/p>

As we embark on the next century of Reaseheath College and University Centre Reaseheath, new developments are already underway which underpin the delivery of that policy and ensure that students and undergraduates are career ready and that employers\u2019 needs are met.<\/p>

The new T Level qualification has delivered investment into a state-of-the-art Innovation Hub, bristling with technology, within our construction department. We have a refurbished and dedicated study area for T Level business students, and there will be more specialist resources to come.<\/p>

A new employer focused Business Hub, created in conjunction with our refurbished visitor reception, provides a modern defined space for employer collaboration and a space to meet and connect, again using the latest technology. This will lead to more opportunities for our undergraduates to engage in research and new product development.<\/p>

We are also among high performing educational institutions to benefit from government investment into higher level technical skills and innovation through Institutes of Technology. This will bring investment into our farming, food and agri-tech departments and promote higher level learning in these subject areas. Our sector leading partnership with the University of Chester will help us jointly deliver innovation and research in key sectors for the benefit of our students and industry partners.<\/p>

New facilities such as our Food Innovation Lab, Robotic Milking and Data Lab and Vertical Farm will further help drive that innovation. Sustainability will underpin all the college\u2019s and university centre\u2019s work and we are well placed to play a leading role in ensuring that the sectors we support can become more sustainable.<\/p>

But above all, our staff, students, apprentices and employers will continue to be at the heart of all we do. The Reaseheath family will always nurture, support and encourage everyone to be the best they can be. We will provide experiences and training that transform life and business outcomes, along with enduring memories and friendships.<\/p>

It\u2019s hard to imagine what the next centenary celebration will look like and what will have occurred over the next hundred years, but of one thing we can be certain. If it\u2019s even half as good as the first hundred years it will be a joyous celebration and everyone attending will be immensely proud to have been in any way a part of the continuing story of Reaseheath College.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
