Event Information
The event will be in-person at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on March 9-11, 2026
RETCON 2026 will take place on March 9-11, 2026.
Once you are registered for the conference, you will receive login instructions about 2 weeks before the conference begins to begin networking. If you don’t receive the login information at that time, please email [email protected].

WiFi will be made available for all everyone attending RETCON 2026. This service will allow light email browsing and email usage throughout the event.
Registered Attendees
Yes. By attending the conference you agree to all of the following terms and conditions.
No. If you are under 21, you will not be allowed to attend the conference. You may ask our team for a full refund with proof of a valid government-issued ID.
The networking app will not open until 1 week before the event. Once it does, download the app called “RETCON” and login with the email you used to register with.
No! Just show up to registration with your confirmation email or photo ID and we will print your badge on-site.
Please give us time to review your application. You will receive an e-mail from us that will update you on the status of your application. Make sure to check your spam folder for an application status update email from us. If you have not heard from us within a few weeks please e-mail us at [email protected]
You’re fully registered to attend! There’s nothing else you need to do other than book your hotel/travel. Just show up to the event with your photo ID or confirmation email and we’ll print your conference badge on-site
Yes, please email [email protected] with the following information after you have registered and we can assist you with a visa invitation letter:
- Full Name
- Passport Number & Expiration Date
- Full Company Name & Address
Conference Costs
The conference is free to attend for those who qualify for a complimentary pass. Criteria for this pass can be found here: https://retconference.io/application-attendee/. For those who don’t qualify for a complimentary pass, the current price of the standard passes can be found on the registration page here: https://retconference.io/application-attendee/.
We do not offer partial conference tickets for RETCON. RETCON registration provides access to all general content sessions and networking events, meals, receptions and expo hall, unless otherwise specified.
We offer a full refund up to 30 days before the event, no questions asked. After 30 days, registration may be transferred to a suitable colleague, as long as it is approved by the RETCON team first. Application Process
You will have to wait to receive an email saying if you were accepted. If accepted, you will be automatically registered for the conference and have no further steps, other than booking travel and hotels if applicable. If rejected, you may still attend the conference but you’ll have to either purchase a standard pass or a sponsorship. Recordings of the talks are shared after the conference on the RETCON video portal: https://retconference.com/videos. This link will be emailed to all attendees after the conference concludes.
Talks vary from 10 minutes for our startup stage to 25 minutes for solo talks to 50 minutes for panels.
