Running one or two WordPress sites and managing them is a breeze and even fun at times. But as the number of websites to manage increases, it can get quite tiresome quite fast. That’s why we set about creating a central dashboard to manage even hundreds of websites with the ease and efficiency that was unheard of at that time.

The main challenge we faced was making the dashboard work seamlessly alongside thousands of plugins and themes and on a wide variety of servers. Over 5 years of resolving more than 40K issues has given us the expertise to be one of the leading WordPress solution providers in the market.

2. Maintain by InfiniteWP

AN ALL-ROUND MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR WORDPRESS SITES

With the expertise gained by supporting more than 6000 agencies who provide WordPress support for clients, we started our own maintenance shop. 

The primary reason for starting this was to use InfiniteWP ourselves extensively. This hugely helps us improve InfiniteWP since we now use it on a regular basis.

3. WP Time Capsule

AN AFFORDABLE INCREMENTAL BACKUP PLUGIN FOR WORDPRESS

Traditional backup solutions available in the market backed up all files and the database over and over again for each backup irrespective of changes. This was an extremely inefficient use of server memory and disk space. Available incremental backup solutions were prohibitively high-priced and saved the backups on their own servers. We wanted to create an incremental WordPress backup solution that respected users’ privacy and be affordable for all.

Taking up this two-fold challenge, we developed a plugin that sends only the changed files to users’ Google Drive, Amazon S3 or Dropbox account using their built-in file versioning systems. With the files saved in the users’ choice of storage and us not handling the file versioning, we were able to offer an affordable solution while maintaining privacy and efficiency.

5. ManageYum

An integrated workspace for popular work apps.

Working with multiple apps like the ones for Project management, Team collaboration, Customer support etc., we had notifications and unread messages all over the place. Pinning tabs in the browser used to work but once you had more than 2 apps you use everyday, it just becomes so cumbersome.

That’s why we built ManageYum – an integrated workspace for popular work apps. All notifications and other items that need your attention can be viewed in a single location. With granular control over notifications, you can focus on your work without distraction.

6. Slack CatchUp

An app to Catch up on unread messages across Slack teams.

Being a part of numerous Slack communities, we found it hard to manage them. We had to switch teams often, missed out on messages and notifications. That’s why built Slack Catchup to see all unread messages across multiple Slack teams. Messages can be marked as read and those that warranted a reply are linked directly to the team itself.
