We finally got to the new Star Trek movie. (I'm not sure how it's being differentiated from the others: ST 2009? ST 11?) I'll try to avoid true spoilers.

Plot: 1; Physics: 0 :-) But we knew that.

I'm glad I went to the matinee. I needed a bigger bowl of popcorn. I needed a bingo card for references/homages to other sci-fi movies - and I mean "sci-fi". That's okay, too.

All in all, it was a fun ride.
