- Nutrition.gov - a good website. Has lots of helpful links that are reliable sources for accurate information. It is not a mosaic of advertisements like a lot of the other websites are.
- "So You Wanna Lose Weight?" - This is a great site that simplifies the weight loss process! A fun read, at the least!
- The Phentermine Discussion Forum - there you'll find others who are on a journey of weight loss as well.
- 3fatchicks.com - A place to find lots of people that are losing weight, too!!
