What are we doing without daddy :(

Image Image Image Image Well we have made it through the first month and a half. It went by fast for me I have been so busy and thats the way I wanted it. For the 4th of July we went to my home town to visit family and get over the first few days without daddy. Went good for the first 3 days then we all got super super sick with the 48 hour stomach flu. It was so hard on me to take care of my babies while I was the worst out of us all. Its also not plesant to hold a little baby over the toilet while he throws up. Lucky for him he was not as bad as Aston and I. As soon as we were well enough, I took us home. But Aston did get to fish with Grandpa just as he requested! He liked touching the worms and caught 3 fish all by himself. Baylor fished for cheerios hehehe Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image Image As for Aaron, not so much. Its been hard on him and hes not happy. Although this past week he has been building projects for the base so its getting better for him. One thing he told me was he misses walking on anything but dirt! Aaron should be returning home in November just a little after Baylor's first birthday (we will celebrate it late with daddy).

Baylor turned 9 months on July 30th and by August 5th he took 3 steps toward me. I can't get it on video quite yet because he wants the camera so its kind of a struggle. He sure does just fine when the camera is off, in fact today he took 5 steps. (I did finally get it on camera it is posted below). At his 9 month well check with the doctor he weighs almost 17 lbs 27 1/2 inches still 2 lbs and 2 inches smaller than Aston at this age. Aston was also walking by this age. Baylor has accomplished another skill though, climbing. He can climb up on the couch and anything in sight. I am constantly having to get him down from things so he wont get hurt. He is quite the monkey, I am just glad he hasn't figured out how to climb out of his crib. I will post some video and pictures. He has also started to not like baby and take a big intrest in what we are eating. As he sees us eating he will start screeching for you to give him some of your food. I think I will start giving him only table foods now. Its pretty funny to see his attitude and character come out. He has also discovered how to take his diaper off, not fun at nap time when he wakes up an is in pee. Oh I almost forgot, his hair is getting blonder, longer and curls like Aston and Daddy.

I hate that he just doesn't understand where daddy is or when he will come home to play :( As I am writing this he is watching a seseme stree DVD developed for children of deployed parents. Maybe it will help him. Aston is currently taking soccer and t-ball skills classes and loves them. I have always been excited for my boys to do soccer and Aston is good at it and enjoys it. He is also getting alot better in t-ball too. He has finally figured out how to ride his big boy bike that we got him for his birthday. Along with all these skills he has become quite the singer to songs I play on the radio. His favorites are Imma be by Black eyed peas and OMG by Usher. I posted video and pictures. Soccer pictures and video

Our Move to TX. We got orders mid July to move to TX in January and then possibly to Oklahoma a few months later. What a year this is going to be for us. Because of the move we have decided to put our house up for short sale. This is what is driving me crazy and keeping me busy. Other than that I am just doing crafts, going to the gym, or hanging out. I hope to get things squared away with the house and the cats asap so that I can go visit grandparents until Aaron comes home... Image Image

Lastly we had a very special friend pass away this week Joseph Villasenor (1974 - 2010) We miss you buddy.

June (Baseball, Birthday, and Deployment)

Aston took a toddler t-ball skills class this month to learn the basics of the sport. The first few classes it was hit or miss on his attention span and making daddy proud. They started off learning how to throw and Aston could do this okay but just liked to make daddy run after the ball. This burned daddy's dreams a little because he wants his little boy to be the best. He's two its going to take some practice daddy...lol. So that week daddy practiced everyday with him to get it right. Success, next practice he did much better and they started to practice hitting. Aston loved this part and is pretty good at it so he made daddy proud! He did well by the end of the class and liked it so we plan to keep him enrolled as long as we can. Next month he will try soccer, this is what mommy is so excited about!!!!

Whee I'm 3!!! On June 4th we celebrated Aston's third birthday with his first real party at Chuck e Cheese. He learned what that place was from TV and told us everyday that he wanted to go there for his birthday so we did. He had a blast and we thank everyone for his gifts. Along with his party we had Aaron's parents come visit and so we took the new swagger waggon up to San Diego for a nice trip to see the beach and Sea World. Aston fell in love with Shamu!!!

The Deployment and possible move; Aaron will be deployed for 6 months. You can check in on him and us on Facebook or send him a care package. Contact me to get his address and needs while he is gone. As for the move we are waiting for the official orders to come down in July but for now it looks like we will be moving to San Antonio, TX ASAP or when his deployment ends. He applied for an special Maintenance team job out there and they really want him so it looks positive. If you are in Arizona and want to say good bye to Aaron do it now because if we move while he is deployed you will never get to do it. This is a big time for our family, lots of changes and prayers are needed. Thank you to all of you who have offered prayer, support and love to us so far, you are a blessing!!!
