Elisabeth celebrated her 13th birthday last week! She was super excited about her cowgirl boots and Murray hoodie, but she loved the Paris/charm necklace and western shirt we surprised her with. We started with a early gift on the Friday before, the hoody, a new bedspread set from Grandma on Sunday and our gifts, birthday wishes and Dragon Diner on her birthday Monday. She stretched it out and had her party, I mean get together tonight. Happy birthday beautiful girl!

Spirit Week...

Hillcrest Junior had Spirit Week and my kids were in! I didn't get pictures everyday but these are from "dress like your grandparent day" look at Elisabeth's sandals with socks and Sam's comb over and Disney day.

Conference...

We were happy when our bishop offered us tickets to the Sunday morning session of Conference, but it was even more exciting when one of the ushers offered us close seats. It ended up we sat on the second row, for most of the time no one was in front of us. We were on the side where all the bretheren come in and out, we got to see them all mingle before hand. And then we saw President Uchtdorf greet people, he is so loved and seemed to friend and kind. They brought in Elder Packer and Mrs. Monsen in their wheel chairs and we got to watch all the comings and going with this and all the security. The best part is my kids, and us, were able to wave to the Prophet when he left, we were 20 feet from the living Prophet on this earth, AMAZING!

Halloween Decor...

After six years in this house I kinda have the itch to move or change things up, so Elisabeth and I made some new Halloween decorations for a little different look.
