A few pics.

The So other than Haydn the rest of us have fun as well. Piper is 8! Can I really have an eight year old!? You are such an amazing little girl and have such a big heart. You love animals and reading.  You quit dance (which I am sad about) and are doing gymnastics. You are a natural and very passionate about it. You are in the third grade now and are such a good student.  You and kohen fight but I think that is normal. 

Kohen is in kindergarten and is not a fan of school or doing anything that involves leaving the house. You would play minecraft or play on your iPad all day long if we let you. You have such a big heart and love your dad more than anything. You will do anything daddy does or says. You find joy in teasing your sister. You are learning to read right now but prefer us to do all the reading for you.  I mean it takes to much time to sound out the words.  You are still stubbor as always and you are sure quick with your words.

We took a trip downtown to see the beehive house and the children's museum. It was lame. The beehive house has turned into a spiritual tour and the children's museum is closed for renovation. What a let down day for the kids but we still made the best of it.

Haydn is 8 months old

Okay so I know I just posted about Miss Haydn but now let's talk about a big milestone 8 months old. It is sad how fast time is going by!  You are still the happiest baby around. This week you were admitted to the hospital with RSV, brincolitus and an ear infection yet you still had a smile on your face. You are a good reminder to always think of the positives in life. 

Worst couple days ever but I am glad you are home and doing better.

You still have your two little teeth, however I think more are coming in. You bite EVERYTHING and put EVERYTHING in your mouth. Bath time is your most favorite time of day. If you could be in the bath all day long I think you would do it.  You love food, any kind of food and as much food as you can get. The only thing we have found you don't like is avocados.  You love meat and ice cream. You actually growl if someone is having some and doesn't share. Daddy is your food buddy and you start kicking your legs a million miles and hour in excitement for him to fed you.  You also love music. You dance like the it's no ones business. Clearly you didn't get that from me. You are rolling everywhere and try to crawl. We are not encouraging crawling in our house and hope you stay little forever. You really are the happiest baby and just love everyone and life so much.

Haydn Alivia

The biggest news of them all...we decided our family was missing someone. Miss Haydn Alivia made her big debut in June 5, 2014. Her stats were  6.11 and she was born at 12:46 pm. As far as the labor portion it was by far the easiest one.  She tried to make an entrance at 31 weeks but after I was hospitalized, given steroid shots and put on strict bed rest she was induced at 38 weeks. She was perfectly heathy and ready to meet the world. 

As soon as she was placed in my chest she held her head up and looked around. Piper and kohen were thrilled beyond words to meet her and it couldn't have melted my heart more.

The name. We had a list of names and we could not choose. That was new to us because with both Piper and Kohen we had one boy name and one girl name picked out. With Haydn we had 6. The top choices included Leila, Elayna, Afton, Harper, and Jensen. We chose Haydn and the spelling of it because it means fiesty.  When she tried to come early we new that was her name.  We let Piper pick her middle name because she really wanted her name to be Leila and was pretty heart broken we didn't chose that one.  Haydn has been just one amazing baby. You are loved beyond words and we are so lucky you chose us as your family. Here are some catch up photos.

Where has the time gone?!

Seriously! It had been almost three years since I have wrote on here! There has been so much that has happened that I can't even write it all. But this is a new year and my goal is to keep track. I use to be an avid journal writer. As in I wrote in it every.single.day. I don't know what made me stop, but when I look back at my journals I am reminded of all the memories that were forgotten.  I have decided that this can become my journal. Well somewhat. Anyways enough with that, let's talk about MAJOR changes to our lives. 1. Adam graduated nursing school! He had a job before he even graduated and has since moved to the STICU - he is in love with his new job. 2. We bought a new house. We were lucky to be able to live with grandma and papa but excited to have our own space again. We LOVE our new house and are excited for the new memories it brings.  We will be here for 2 years in April. 3. We got 2 new dogs. Jewel and Scooby doo. Why? I am still wondering the same thing! Everyday I regret my decision to have dogs but everyday I tell myself they will get better. They will get better right?! 4. We have a new member of our family! Little Miss Haydn Alivia! She is 8 months today. If I keep this up she can get an introduction post of get own. Well I don't know how to do this by my cell so we will see how adding pictures go and the. Hopefully post from there.

Wow I am getting good!  So these are a few pictures that I had on my phone that I thought I better upload them before I loose them.  Todays mother of the year goes to me for letting my 5 year old wear whatever makeup she wanted to wear.  We have this fight everyday and I have assured her many of times that she is way to young to be wearing makeup but none the less we talk about it everyday.  So today I thought what the heck were are not going anywhere so put on what ever you want...go wild.  Now Adam informed me we are going out...this is what the world gets to see:
