I’m an artist/band/represent an artist, can I submit a showcase application?

Applications for the 2026 inaugural edition are now closed.

If you applied, thank you so much for your interest in being part of Second Summer. We’ve been carefully reviewing each and every submission, and there are so many great acts.

Selected artists will be contacted by the end of June.

I'm an artist submitting an application - Do I have to pay a fee to apply?

No.

Where does the festival take place?

In multiple clubs located across Toronto’s west-end (roughly Spadina to Lansdowne, Queen to Bloor). We are working with the local music community to bring this festival to life.

When will tickets be available?

Tickets will be available for purchase on Friday, May 29, 2026. Come back to find a link to buy when we are live!

Is this festival all ages?

Unfortunately not. This is a 19+ event.

What does my pass get me in to?

All shows at all of the venues on the Second Summer Festival circuit. Your pass is good for all 3-days of the festival – May 24, 25, and 26. It allows you to re-entry into each venue. Please note that entry is subject to capacity at all times, and you will need to lineup. We suggest you arrive early so you can discover your fave new act!

Is there a conference too?

Yes! We will be announcing a boutique conference component later this summer. We’ve got some great speakers and topics lined up. Conference tickets will be separate from festival passes. Stay tuned for more updates!
