I develop open-source R software and lightweight web tools for reproducible biomedical data analysis, spanning cheminformatics, structural bioinformatics, and clinical analytics.
My work focuses on statistical modeling, programmatic access to complex biological and chemical data, interactive analysis tools, and methodological studies in machine learning for biomedical research. I also engage with questions of statistical rigor and reproducibility in the AI era. My core interests are principled evaluation under limited and imbalanced data, transparent reporting, and auditable end-to-end R workflows developed in close collaboration with clinicians and life scientists.
