The first Senjyushi game, Senjyushi: The Thousand Noble Musketeers, was released in March 2018. It ran until June 2019, and official support ended in October 2019, with the new game, Senjyushi: Rhodoknight, being announced about a year later. The player character was a medic, who by the touch of a special red stone, became able to summon "Noble Musketeers"— human forms of firearms with superhuman abilities. Senjyushi's original plot involved a world post-nuclear war, with a Resistance group using its Noble Musketeers to fight the World Empire, a dictatorship aiming for total power and control, with Noble Musketeers of their own. Although its ending was sudden, the plot concluded with the defeat of the World Empire.
Senjyushi: Rhodoknight is the second game in the franchise, and was released in November 2021. It ran until April 2024, and official support ended in July 2024, with no plans for another game to follow. It serves as a continuation of the first game, taking place seven years after its plot ended. Rhodoknight's setting is a military school which the player attends as a cadet. In this game, both antique and modern guns are summoned by the player, carefully balancing the player between life and death with "Absolute Nobility" and "Absolute Ruthlessness". The world is beginning to recover after the fall of the World Empire is behind them, but mysterious new forces have begun to rise...
