been busy busy
and lazy lazy....

alyssa is 3. and grOwing fast...
many a times i wish she'll grOw abit slOwer...
tat time will standstill fOr nOw...
thOugh being 3, always feels tat she's still like a big baby...
requiring milk at nite...
still On pamapers... (is still in prOcess in tOilet training)
with her tutu and security blanket---> handkerchief esp when tired -_-"
and many many Other stuffs....
but finally she's mOre independent in schOOl...
tearing in schOOl becOmes lesser...
but her many fears still gives mi a huge headache -_-"
fear Of all insects (very much like mi as i seriOusly dO nOt like them a tiny bit)
mere sight Of a hOusefly can make her gO hysterical needless tO mentiOn my Old enemy, the mOst scariest Of all---> cOckrOach.
fear Of sand gives mi anOther huge headache...
mere mentiOn Of sand Oredi terrifies her
needless tO say physically near any sandy place like all kids fav---> the beach

luckily her pOOpOO (cOnstipatiOn) headache seems tO be mOre Or less resOlved with the same pOtty at grandparents and making sure she takes half Or at least 1/3 Of vitagen daily, taking enuff water and fluids and veg. thOugh i hv tO admit, i still gets distressed wenever she BNO fOr 2 Or 3 days... esp wen we gO fOr shOrt trips. (even Overnitestay i've learnt my lessOn well tO bring alOng her pOtty!!!) yesh im nOt exaggerating... its always better tO be On the safe side.

anOther headache is fOOd -_-"
she eats the pOrridge her 婆婆 cOOks
she eats the udOn and sOmen meat and veg sOup i cOOked
(i tries tO put as much ingredients in her udOn and sOmen sOup cOs tats the Only way tO ensure she gets enuff nutritiOn. any sOrts Of leafy veg all chOpped up, swiss brOwn mushrOOms all chOpped up, tOmatOes all chOpped up, fish slices, minced meat, egg tOfu and lastly seaweed)
tats abt it.
when we're Out, its either fries, chicken rice Or jap which will be any udOn sOupy stuff.
nOthing else.
she simply refuses tO try anything Outside.
any attempts tO make Or cOax her tO try tO even taste a tiny bit = tO gOing all teary and cries -_-"
(she's unlike any Other kids whO eats rice Or fish and chips Or hOtdOgs and etc...)
simply One Of a kind.
*sighh**
she has a fear Of trying new fOOd esp Outside.
at hOme wen im alOne with her, i simply pretends tO eat greedily, sO as the fOOd seems tO be xtra deliciOus.... nOt Offering her and she'll cOme fOrward and ask "mummy wats this?" sOmetimes i can trick her intO trying but sOmetimes my trick fails. guess i jus hv tO try harder Or jus simply hv tO wait fOr her tO grOw Older enuff tO wanna try.
sO usually its i'll feed her befOre we gOes Out
Or we'll simply hv tO eat chicken rice Or jap sO as tO accOmOdate her.
the fOOd headache is a real headache when we gO hOliday
as i cant cOOk
we cant be eating chicken rice nOr jap all the time as its nOt 100% available.
its either NBM Or she survive On snacks and milk.
anyways the lists Of headache gOes On...

jus ventilating :p

she's my everything nOw.
as in my life and everything i dOes all is and fOr her.

i guess there's this part Of mi tat feels super guilty
as the Only time i hv fOr and with her is during my Offs. which is sO little.
this guilt in mi kills mi each time i send her Over my mums.
but i simply cannOt tahan ferrying her tO and frO frm wOrk and mums and back hOme.
and she's gets mOre difficult fOr my mum and mi if i stay Over at my mums.
as usual she's super manipulative wen it cOmes tO grandparents.
thus the finial arrangement Of she at grandparents wen im at wOrk
and back with mi wen im Off.
*sighh**

anyways thOugh all the headaches and stuffs
she brings us sO much JOY.
i guess its fair.

i jus came Out Of the shOwer
she came tO mi and was carrying sOmething in her arms...
Alyssa: "mummy!!! i wrap with handkerchief!!!"
mi: "huh? wrap what?"
Alyssa: "piglet!!! i wrap piglet!!!" she still hOlding her all wrapped up nicely piglet with her handkerchief in her arms, and then she was gently patting her piglet and rOcking it.
such sweetness :D
(but she simply hates Or mOre Of scared Of thOse baby dOlls. she prefers her sOft tOys. :p)

mummy and Alyssa were in the car waiting fOr daddii...
Alyssa all Of a sudden, pOinting tO the driver's seat and asked: "mummy, what's missing??"
mummy (feeling puzzled) lOOked at the driver's seat and back tO Alyssa and said: "what?"
Alyssa: "daddii!!!" with a super big grin On her face :D
daddii is missing frOm the driver's seat -_-"

many a times
when i asked her "baObei, what are yOu dOing?"
she will simply replies "im very busy... im dOing sOmething."
and ignOres mi -_-"
after awhile, she'll cOme tO mi and said tO mi in a seriOus tOne, "mummy, im dOing sOmething first Okies?"
and she walks away.

Alyssa and treats...

was a lOng weekend fOr Alyssa and mi!!! 

(had 5 days OFF!!!! :D)

but as usual her daddii had lOads Of activities... 

but thOugh Alyssa being fussy and OCD... she is rather easy tO please (at least fOr nOw)

a little trip tO the nearby ulu pet shOp tO see rabbits and hamsters...

fOllOw by the bOwling alley tO see pple bOwled...

supermarket trip at shengsiOng tO see the prawns, lObsters and fishes and pulled the small wheeled basket tO buy her chOcOlates...

ended the shOrt Outing with treats frm McD ---> fries, ice lemOn tea and apple dippers :D

was a jus mummy and Alyssa day.

im always happy tO bring her tO ZOO myself. Of cOs the mOre cOmpany we have the merrier. but im happy tO hv jus mi and her. she usually behaves very well wen its jus us. 

anyways, been awhile since Our last zOO trip. been keeping track On fb. if nOt seriOusly wOuld hv lOst track...

luckily weather was gOOd. wasnt SUPER jam packed. she had lOads FUN.  

managed tO shOwered her befOre the crOwd decided tO and had tO shOut at dis irritating teenager whO cOuldnt wait Outside the bathrOOm and wanted tO barge in befOre i cOuld carry her Out. hOw the hell are we gOnna cOme Out if she blOcks the dOOr, tries tO rush in befOre i cOuld even step Out. CRAZY. 

managed tO get seats at KFC and the kind KFC guy helped mi tO carry my tray tO my table as i was attempting tO push her with One hand and carry tray with the Other. nOt a very wise mOve. shOrtly after we sat dOwn, there was a sudden POUR Of pple attempting tO get seats fOr lunch. thank GOD.

next was her all time fav sharkie rides... we were queuing up, again there was a sudden lOng queue behind us wanting tO take carOusel rides... Alyssa Overheard dis schOOl bOy saying he WANTS TO SIT the SHARK. u shOuld lOOk at the hOrrOr On her face wen she Overheard. she panicked and immediately tOld mi "MUMMY, I WANT TO SIT THE SHARK!!!" sO mi being mi, her mummy, had tO carry her and make a run fOr her SHARK. and Of cOs i managed tO get her her shark *phew**

managed tO kept her awake thruOut the cabride home...

she nap fOr 2 gOOd hOurs :D
