The ST-40 Hall-Thruster was designed for use as part of the propulsion system for Leo-Geo satellites, and the new ways of mass manufacturing make it a perfect low-cost solution for constellations of small satellites. With the ST-40 thruster, the small private operators or satellites developers can utilize the same high-performance systems as government agencies with appropriate commercial-sized budgets. With multi-propellant capability, ST-40 can be used in various satellite missions with thrust and specific impulse flexibility.

The ST-25 Hall Thruster is the most compact and based on the permanent magnet in the central core. It is designed with the latest modern manufacturing principles that make ST-25 a perfect solution for satellite constellations. The high standards of manufacturing and technology allowed the ST-25 thruster to operate successfully on board the spacecraft and show excellent performance.

The Power Processing Unit (PPU) is designed as a part of the Electric Propulsion System (EPS) SPS-40, which consists of ST-40 Hall Thruster and Xenon Feed System (XFS). PPU consists of 3 main subsystems: Thruster and XFS power parts and the main controller.
The XFS power part is intended to control low-voltage power supplies for sensors, heaters, valves, and measurement circuits which connected with supply of xenon.

The Thruster power part controls the converters which transform the onboard power to anode and cathodes using power stabilization.
The main controller performs operating algorithms, controls all power converters, measurements, and provides communication with the onboard computer.

The Thruster power part controls the converters which transform the onboard power to anode and cathodes using power stabilization.

The XFS power part is intended to control low-voltage power supplies, heaters, valves and communicate with XFS measurement unit. The XFS measurement unit part is connected to PPU via RS-485 interface. It is intended to control low-voltage power supplies and measurement circuits for XFS sensors. The main controller performs operating algorithms, controls all power converters, measurements, and provides communication with the onboard computer.

The Xenon Feed System (XFS) is designed for working in the structure of Electric Propulsion Systems (EPS) with the Hall-effect thruster(s). XFS fulfills two main tasks: decreasing the high pressure to the working pressure and feed the required values of the mass flow rates into electrical propulsion thrusters.

Most of the components (solenoid valves, accumulator tank, flow restrictors, fill and drain valve etc.) are designed and manufactured in-house, which shortens the time of production and allows adapting the feed system to the required parameters.

The ST-100 is a 1.5 kW Hall-Effect Thruster developed by SETS.

Dedicated to a wide range of spacecraft applications and providing the following capabilities: maintaining the spacecraft’s orbit parameters, performing orbital maneuvers, and deep space missions.

Thruster's parts are produced using additive technologies, which have significantly increased the accuracy of parts manufacturing and ensured the automated production process.
