Usefulness
Is the project applicable in the real world? Is the hack practical? Is it something people will actually use? Does it fulfill a real need? -
Completeness
How far has the project come? Has progress been made? Is the hack usable in its current state? Is the user experience smooth? Does everything appear to work? -
Design
Does the finished project have an interesting look? How user friendly is it? Is it well designed?
