Martin Honl (Layton Christian UT) won the boys 800 meters on Saturday at the 45th Simplot Games in a time of 1:56.63. 

Mary MacLean from Leduc Track Club of Canada won the girls 800 meters on Saturday at the 45th Simplot Games in a time of 2:11.91. 

Ethan Rathke from Above The Bar (Peak To Peak CO) won the boys pole vault at the 45th Simplot Games with a clearance at 16-6, defeating Kavin Hoff of Natrona County WY, who cleared the same height, by virtue of fewer misses. 

Bridget Smit (Brighton UT) was the top freshman and seventh overall in her first weekend of racing the 1,600 meters. She ran a time of 5:07.20 at Saturday's Simplot Games in Pocatello. 

Lainey Berryhill from Laramie TRACC of Wyoming won the girls 400 meters final in a time of 56.28 on Saturday at the 45th Simplot Games.
