The fic is still in progress and it’s going to be a long one😆

1. I have a headcanon how Rastef looked before he was an Exo, what he did, how he got into the Exo project.. But as a Guardian he doesn’t know all that stuff and I don’t think he ever will.
   Same with Kier. I do have a general idea of his family and upbringing, how he became a Corsair. At one point I wanted to add his mother into a story - they are not getting along too well.

2. Kier is used to in-the-field hygiene, so when he is off-duty he does like to treat himself. That’s why when he moves in with Rastef-7 he brings lots of stuff with himself, because Rastef doesn’t have any skin-care or hair products 😆

3. I must say writing their dynamic is somewhat a challenge, because I really don’t want it to feel like one has superpowers and one weakness (Ghost), while the other is ‘damsel in distress’ kinda like Superman/Lois. We do have a number of characters in the lore who don’t have the Light, but still manage to do something important. For Rastef the closest example is Petra - she is pretty capable and well, Kier can handle himself too. So of course Rastef worries for Kier, but he really tries not to be too overbearing. Can’t say the same for Kier - Rastef faces Gods and incredible dangers… and it’s not like Guardians don’t die.

4. Kier likes to try new things he discovers in the Last City. Let’s assume the concept of sushi survived the Collapse, and after he tried it, it became his favorite food :) Rastef can eat almost anything, his food receptors aren’t really good, so for him the company and the process itself matters more than the taste
