Discovery ChalleNGe Academy

Discovery ChalleNGe Academy (DCA) is a program for youth between the ages of 16 and 18 who have dropped out of high school, are at risk of dropping out, or are credit deficient.

Teachers College of San Joaquin

Teachers College of San Joaquin (TCSJ) provides a variety of options for those who wish to pursue a career in the field of education. It is the only regionally accredited institution of higher education that is a division within a county office of education.

The Greater Valley Conservation Corps (GVCC) helps youth 18 to 26 years old with green job training, academic instruction, employment opportunities, life skills, and more.

The STEM department at Kimball High stand behind Joell Russell, the NCVSC STEM Teacher of the Year, who is holding a plaque and flowers.

The North Central Valley STEM Center (NCVSC) named Joell Russell as the Albert Brocchini Memorial STEM Teacher of the Year, recognizing the John C. Kimball High School teacher for her work engaging students and promoting STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) education. She teaches human physiology and enhanced biology at the school, which is part of the Tracy Unified School District.
