Yes, SmithBook provides customer support via Email, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, in english and portuguese.
Currently the platform is set to write in English. Other languages can be requested based on availability.
You can create various types of books: fiction, non-fiction, self-help, children’s books, cookbooks, diaries, planners, and more. The content is flexible and depends on what you describe in your form.
No. Even if you submit your life story or bullet points, it’s impossible for Smithbook to be able to generate an autobiography based on the information you provide.
No. SmithBook does not create academic or scholarly documents such as monographs, dissertations, or theses.
Yes. The platform can generate children’s books. Simply provide specific instructions, such as theme, age range, and desired style. It’s important to note that highly specific content requires more information and detail in the description.
Yes. If the client requests a cookbook, simply be clear about the type of cuisine desired, for example, regional, dietary, vegetarian, and other recipes. The platform will structure the book according to the guidelines provided.
No. The platform does not support formats that deviate from the traditional narrative. However, it is possible to simulate this style by requesting that the book be divided into chapters organized by days, weeks, or months, with specific titles. This can create a diary-like effect.
Not recommended. Using third-party content can lead to copyright and plagiarism issues. It is important to produce original texts. The platform can be used in an open and creative way, but the client is legally responsible for all material generated.
PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
Payments are processed securely through Stripe or Hotmart, which accepts major credit and debit cards.
Yes. The platform automatically converts the amount to your local currency during checkout.
No. Currently, direct bank transfers are not supported.
At the moment, payments must be made via credit or debit card using Stripe.
If you don’t have a card available, here are a few suggestions that might help:
Virtual Cards or Prepaid Options: You can use a prepaid debit card or a virtual card (like those from Wise, Revolut, or even some banking apps). These usually work well with our payment system.
Ask a Friend or Family Member: If someone you trust has a card, you can complete the payment with their help. Just be sure to use your own email and name during checkout so we can deliver your personalized files to you directly.
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, please contact support. You’ll receive a folder link with your files.
A refund may be requested only in case of missing delivery or cover creation error (illegible elements).

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. But to do that, you will need to cancel your current subscription and buy the one you wish.
No, you can buy only one type of subscription by account. If you buy another subscription of the same type, system will ignore the second one (e.g., bought 2 Triple pack, bought 2 Daily Club)
Unused credits do not carry over to the following month.
No. Credits are intended for use by the account holder only.
Yes. You will receive a receipt and invoice from Stripe after your payment. If you don’t receive, contact us.
Yes, but to do that you will need to ask for a refund, through customer support, and the purchase must be within 7 days from the purchase date. After that you can buy the correct product.

BOOK CREATION
You just need to fill out a form where you describe your content, ideas, tone, style, and any structure you’d like. The system will take care of the rest and deliver your completed book.
Yes. You will receive a .doc file which is fully editable in Microsoft Word or Google Docs. It’s important to mention that Smithbook doesn’t edit books after it’s creation.
No. All cover details must be submitted correctly before the finalization. Revisions are not possible afterward.
Yes. Depending on your plan, you may receive covers with your books. If not, you can purchase covers separately.
Yes, after you receive your editable file you can insert images to your book. It’s important to mention that Smithbook doesn’t insert pictures automatically in your book.
No. You will need to provide and insert any references or sources in your book manually.
Yes. Every time you start a project of book writing a preview is shown to you, before finalizing your book, for your approval.
No, once the process of writing is automated and continuous, when it’s finished, you will receive the entire book.
Yes! In the new version of our system you can submit your idea in audio format, and we’ll transform it into written content. Our system generates a summary (book summary), which you can adjust. After approval, we create a book plan, which guides the entire production
Yes. If you provide basic themes or concepts, the system can help shape your idea into a structured book.
No. Your book is write in only one language. After you receive it, you can translate in an appropriate tool.
Yes. You can include testimonials or client reviews as long as you submit them with the rest of the content.

COVERS & DESIGN
You provide your cover ideas (title, subtitle, colors, reference images, etc.), and our AI will create a design based on your preferences.
We currently only produce front covers. However, you can easily create spine and back covers using the editable Canva file available in our Cover Pack.
No. Content is generated and delivered automatically. Please review your inputs carefully.
It will depends on the cover you are creating. If you use the Cover Pack, that is a template, you can use external pictures and photos. But if you use our others AI Covers, using external elements will not be possible.
Yes, the cover previews are offered before the finalization, and will need your approval.
Each Cover is exclusive and it is created based on the information you provided.
DEADLINES & DELIVERY
Once complete, you’ll receive, within 1 hour, an email with a folder link containing both .doc and .pdf files.
Your order will stay open until you submit the required information. No book can be created without it.
You can return to the form to resume. If needed, contact support to recover your session.
No strict deadline, but the sooner you submit your content, the faster your book will be delivered.
RIGHTS & PUBLISHING
SmithBook provides your book in editable and printable formats, and a step-by-step .pdf witch teaches you how to publish and sell on Amazon.
No. SmithBook provides digital files only. You can use them to print on demand.
You own full rights to everything you create through SmithBook.
Yes. You can choose any author name you wish.
No. At this momento you’ll need to obtain an ISBN independently from your local authority, if you want it. But soon we will offer this service and more!
You can use free tools like https://online2pdf.com/pub-to-pdf to convert your .doc file.
PLATFORM USAGE
Yes. The platform is mobile-friendly and can be used on phones or tablets.
Currently, the platform is not ready to support the delivery of ongoing or subsequent books (such as series, trilogies, or collections). This feature is under development and will be available in a future version.
Yes. All revisions must be made before and after the project is finalized.
Only if the book hasn’t been finalized. Otherwise, a new version would require a new order.
