Yesturday at about 7:45am to my surprise the phone rang. It was Taylie saying that she was parked outside my house and wanted to come visit us. So her and Oliver came and hungout for the morning with us. It was so fun to have them here, a very welcomed surprise. Taylie had also brought her camera. I had asked her a few days ago if she wanted to take some pics of my kids for a little project. So these are just a few of the fun shots that she got. I want to see if I can edit the green dots off Livy's hand and then probably order some big prints. I think they are so cute. Thanks Tay for doing that for me.

T-Ball
This week was Kale's first T-ball game. He had so much fun and was having a hard time sleeping leading up to it all. It was really fun to watch him and all the little kids play. They played 3 innings and everybody got a turn to bat each time. It was so cute when they played in the field because all the kids would go for the ball no matter where it was hit. Lots of the kids have new gloves so that made it really hard to pick the ball up with the glove. They all had a lot of fun and We could tell that a lot of the little boys were having a hard time running after the 3rd. They will soon get used to having a cup on. Kale's Thursday game got rain/snowed out. So he is looking forward to next Tuesday till he gets to play again. GO KALE GO!
Seeings how my post is all able Kale I have 1 more story I have to share. 2 weeks ago on Monday I has still quite sick with Strep. Shane had left for working and I was just hoping that I would be able to make it through the day. That morning well watching there cartoons Livy came up to me and she was throwing up in her hands. So down we ran to the bathroom. YA! I was thinking to myself. Then she said she was feeling better so up we went for breakfast. Not thinking to much about it the kids all started eating. Well within minutes she was throwing up all over the kitchen, up the stairs, and into the bathroom. At that point all I could do was cry. I didn't think I could handle this all today. So as I am upstairs cleaning the bathroom and getting Livy into the Tub. I come out of the bathroom and made my way down stairs. Well to my surprise there is my very helpful, tenderhearted big boy cleaning up all the throw up in the kitchen. All I could do was cry. We knew that I was feeling so sick and he just wanted to help out. He was such a great help to me that week and all the time. He is so great to help out and does things all the time with out having to be asked. I love you Kale and am grateful for the example you are to our whole family.

Finger naill
I thought for sure I was done blogging for the day but well, Lucas' finger nail tripped off. Poor little guy. We were on holidays last week and his finger got slammed a drawer in the hotel room. We didn't notice it go purple but it just started to lift off. So today he was playing with it and looking at it funny and pulled it off. It is bleeding a little but he is mostly mad because I put a band aid on it like a nice Mom. But, well that is one of the two fingers he sucks on. He is pretty upset and is know trying to bite off the band aid. So it is a lose lose situation for him. I just can't decide if I should keep the finger nail. ( I know some of you have held on to worse things so be nice) Pray for Luc he is pretty sad!

Snow Day
Here are a few pictures of our snow day from Tuesday and Wednesday. Kale and Livy went out to play around 3 on Tuesday and then when we woke up there was about 2 1/2 feet of heavy snow. Shane waited and waited to see if school in the City would be cancelled but come 7:25am there was no report so off he went. When he got there, there was no power and they were calling the bus back to pick up all the kids and send them back home. YA a SNOW DAY FOR CITY KIDS AND TEACHERS! It was so nice to have Shane home for the day. I wasn't feeling well so I was able to take 2 hour nap that I normally would not have gotten. Then we all went out to build a snow man and get WET. It was a very fun and beautiful day. We were the lucky part of the city that never last any power.

Shane/NCAA
Okay I am going to see if I can keep up to the rest of you bloggers. Not much new in the Orr family except that our Dad turned 28(pretty young). SO HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHANE!!! We celebrated yesturday with supper with all the family here in Lethbridge. Thanks for all the phone calls and birthday wishes.
Now on to my pictures. Here are some of the pictures Shane took well on his trip to the first and second round of the NCAA tournament in New Orleans. They had a great time and got to see lots of the city and the swamp. The food was good and the basketball games were so fun and exciting this year. The winner for filling out the braquet this year was, yes once again Meg!!! Duke all the way. The one picture of all the blue cement post is the levels of the flooding in different parts of the city. Then there is a picture of the cement all(levy) and then how they are building all the new homes. Shane said that it was a very stinky, unclean place. That it has always been like that and that the party never ends.
It was a great time!!! But we are happy our Dad is home.

Poor Livy
Okay WOW 3 posts in one day. Yes somebody has my 2 kids so I have a little time. Anyway. I have no pictures but I will share 2 story's that happened in the last few weeks just to make the rest of you moms feel really good.
So on a Monday I was shaving my legs just by putting my legs only in the tub. Then a long came Livy and she wanted in the tub. So in she goes and I finish up. I leave the bath room to dry my legs and finish getting dressed and when I come back she has taken my razor and cut her little finger and cut off 1/4 of finger nail. So we get a band aid and for the rest of the afternoon she rests her finger on a pillow well watching movies. So then Shane comes home from school and reminds me that I need to put those things away as soon as I am done with them. Okay so I feel bad.
Well then Tuesday comes around and I her "LIVY NO THOSE ARE ONLY FOR MOMMY" it is Kale telling her that my Extra strength Liquid Gel caps are not for her but for me and then he takes the bottle from her and comes and gets me. Good Job Kale. I run into the kitchen and take my finger in her mouth and get what is left inside. She only ate 3 but I called the poison control centre and then calculated that she would be fine but might get a little sleepy. Then they also took my name, address and phone number. Probably to come get my kids I thought for sure. Anyway she ended up being just fine didn't even take a nap. But when Shane got home you could imagine how bad I felt when I had to tell him that Livy got some pills out of my purse and eat them. Well I felt pretty bad and wondered what was going to happen on Wed. and if Shane even wanted to leave me home with the kids. Everything turned out just fine the next day and I have learned my lesson.

Blessing Day
We had a wonderful day when we Blessed Luc. Lots of family came to support us and helped out with food and what not. It was great and we are so thankful to have such loving supportive family members. We ended up feeding 55 people and stuffed us all in my parents home. Thank you for all the wonderful food that everybody helped provide. Luc is a very special boy and we feel so blessed that he choose to come and spend this life with us. I am greatful for all of my children and feel like I have be blessed so much to have been able to have all 3 of them. I couldn't image not knowing of our Heavenly Fathers plan of Eternal families because family is what brings me the most joy. Thank you all for all your love. Love the ORR's

Lucas

Well it has been a long time. Here are some pictures of our new little man. We love him and are happy that he is here safe and sound. He came in a hurry and that was fine when all was said and done. I didn't get the epidural like I wanted and drove in the middle of the night to Lethbridge so that I could have one. Things progressed really fast and 30min after getting to the hospital he was here! He is healthy and is a great baby and we love him. Kale and Olivia also think he is pretty fun for the most part.

Olivia's 2nd Birthday
Well it is hard to believe that she is 2 now. We had a great day and she got very spoiled. Thank you to all that came and helped out. It was a very cold night but we all had a great time. I even made fudge icing for the cake and we had Soup and Chili for supper. She is getting to be a very grown up girl with a mind of her own. She loves babies, blankets, and aprons. I even had a little time to make her that ragged brown blanket that she is wrapped up in. Well, Happy Birthday Olivia. Even though Grandma and Grandpa Hardy weren't here we did get a pic of Olivia on the Phone with them.

Excited for Christmas
Well see how our camera is broken I have decide to share some pictures of our past Christmas'. They kids are getting so excited. We started our advent tree today where the kids get to take a bag off the tree and take out a treat or a cheap little present. So today was the first day and they had so much fun. I am not sure they really understand that much yet because wanted to open more then just one. He will catch on soon. There is only one thing that I am missing this Christmas season and that in SNOW!!! I can't wait to get a lot of the white stuff that will stay on the ground so that we can go out and play. Shane is done class on the 12th so it will be fun to have him home and not worried about exams or harder classes to come. Have I said how excited I am for Christmas I think it might be harder for me to go to sleep this year then when I was a kid. Well Merry Christmas and hopefully we get a new camera soon so I don't miss out on some great pictures of the kids and my big belly.
