I thought I would take a quick minute and write down some of the things Andrew has been saying that I am certain he will eventual stop saying and I will have a hard time remembering. The more Andrew learns to talk the more I get to understand what he is thinking. It is quite fun to watch and listen to him try to communicate with me more. When he doesn't really understand what I am saying or if he can't see what I am talking about he will always respond with, "What?" Emphasis on the 't' and it is more of a statement than a question. I interpret it as, "I'm not quite sure what you are trying to tell me so either break it down and simplify or show me, because I am not quite getting this." I try to explain more and get more "what" - he really says it all the time.
Andrew seems like a pretty enthusiastic little guy, when he saw a Christmas tree for the first time he said, "Ah, look. How neat!" I think he's always expressed his emotions, but it is so fun to have verbal expressions now.
The other day we were driving in the car and I had taken a piece of granola bar from him and set it on the console at a red light, when I began driving again the granola bar disappeared. I asked him if he could see it or knew where it was. He told me the maybe it was hiding... I almost feel like I enjoy asking him question to see what he is going to say. I am constantly surprised at just how much he is taking in...it is a little scary. I can't remember if I wrote this down, but occasionally when Drew gets extremely upset with Jeff or myself he will pull out the only expletive he knows and shout it at us...DANG IT! It is definitely affective...in a very negative way, and also a good reminder for Jeff and I (and Daniel) to watch what we are saying :)
My very favorite things he says are when he's minding his P's and Q's...I love "thank you mommy", "yes please", and my personal favorite "no, no thank you". There is something so sweet about hearing him mind his manners...I guess it shows a little gratitude and courtesy can go a long way. When he says those magic words I'm willing to do just about anything :)
PS We've been doing really well. We had a fun Thanksgiving with both families - by that I mean two Thanksgiving dinners :) Jeff had Friday off so we were actually able to enjoy some time together over the weekend (it's sometimes tough for us to have our own 'family time' without our own kitchen table :) ) BYU pulled through on Saturday - another good thing. And I was able to go to a Sing-In of Handel's Messiah tonight with some of the family. I have a cold so I wasn't doing a lot of singing; the music was still beautiful though....well that's pretty much it...now back to homework

A lot of fun things have been keeping us busy the last few weeks...and I don't necessarily consider school "fun" :) although it is keeping me busy! We just recently returned from a weekend get-a-way to visit Zion National Park. I am always amazed by how beautiful it is there. Jeff and I were originally going to leave Drew behind to hike the Narrows with my family. Since the weather forecast predicted rain on Saturday we decided to bring Drew along and just enjoy some easy hikes. Jeff and I did end up hiking a little way up the Narrows with the rest of the group while Mom watch Drew. I was really glad we did hike the whole thing when I stepped in the water it was SOO miserably cold...until my feet went numb and then it wasn't so bad :) The water was really colder than I ever remember it being. I was also glad we decided not to do the Narrows when we woke up to rain on Saturday; we could have been in a lot of trouble! It was really fun to get away for just a little while!
Another highlight of my week was getting breakfast in bed, beautiful roses, and the sweetest letter from Jeff...I told Jeff he treats me like it's my birthday everyday; he does let me sleep in and make me breakfast quite often. It was fun to also hear from friends and family; that was definitley another highlight! Birthday's are great, but this one seemed like such a milestone...25! I was telling Jeff that the next 25 years are probably going to be focused on raising a family and being a mature adult! Thank goodness I have 25 to work on that! Hopefully by then I will at least be through with school...my undergrad at least :)
I am already loosing my memory, because I am having a hard time remembering everything we have been up to...a lot of football and futball. Drew has seen Viewmont, U of U, BYU and ReAL...and Jeff doesn't think he is forcing sports on the little guy :) Andrew actually loves watching and playing ball. It is one of the first things he says to me when he wakes up; usually something about where's daddy, where are he shoes, and then play ball mommy! I just hope we won't have to pay a lot for therapy when it comes to the mixed signals he gets about which team to cheer for :)
As you can tell, things are a lot more upbeat since the last time I wrote. I hope everyone is doing well!

I have actually enjoyed the cold weather, although I hope there are a few warm days before the cold really sets in. I feel like I have been a little bit of a basket case this last week going through some ups and downs...it must be the weather. It is really nice to know though that I have so many people giving me love and support at all times of my life.
Between time consuming school and doctors appointments (I've not been feeling really great), I feel like I have neglected poor Andrew (and Jeff). I think they will be okay. As much as I would like to think I am their everything; they actually manage just fine without me. Jeff is such a great daddy, and it doesn't hurt that Andrew really loves his Bugga (general term used for any grandparent).
Sounds like a downer of a week I'm sure, but it really hasn't been all bad. Since Jeff and I are so busy (me with school and him with work and re-applying for school) we made more of an effort to spend time together to just talk. It is funny how life can creep in and something like just talking needs to almost be scheduled! Fortunately we are usually not this busy :) I also had a nice talk with my sista who takes such good care of me...Miss you Bets! And some catch up time with my bro. It is nice to feel the love even when we are all so far a part.
I guess that is one of the great things that has come out of my gloomy week; it's made me so thankful for all the wonderful people I have surrounding me, and all the blessings I have. I also really enjoyed the RS broadcast, it was just what I needed....one other fun thing I did this week...I took some time to scrapbook. I'm attaching a copy of one of the pages I did...I have definitely been more selfish this week with my time and being lazy...I guess it is okay to have a little down time every now and then though...
I hope you are all feeling UP this week! LOTS OF LOVE!!!

I finally have my school schedule figured out, after a little bit of work and a lot of help. Although, I still looking into taking some classes online outside the Comms Department that might enable me to graduate in December...if I am able to complete all the online courses in time...still nice to know I might be able to do that.
Jeff is also working on re-applying to graduate school. I am kind-of feeling like we are both going to be student forever! It will be nice when the application process is complete though and to have some idea as to where we will be for the next few years.
Andrew is doing great. He is always surprising us with new things that he says and does. The picture I posted last week with Drew wearing Jeff's shoes is an example of things we catch him doing. The best part is that when he puts them on he'll say, "Cute shoes." He also told Jeff that his shirt was cute too...can you tell we go shopping together.
He also loves dancing. We went to Park City this weekend and the room we stayed in had full-length mirrors on the closet doors. Drew had a great time checking out his dance moves in front of the mirror. He is a fun little guy.
It was nice to spend some time in Park City, but it was also a really cold time to be there. It actually snowed! I hope we have a few more warm days before winter; Andrew loves playing outside, I don't know how he'll be able to stay indoors all day.
Hope everyone else is doing great!

Things Seem to Be Slowing Down...I haven't finished all the things I wanted to before I go back to school, but that's okay. I have been able to have a lot of fun with my little buddy, Andrew, and I did get some done so I'm happy about that. I still have 10 more days until I start school again, but I'm trying to wrap things up before I start.
I've been thinking about back to school because I took Daniel shopping for school clothes on Tuesday and he started school on
Wednesday. It was kind the event (back to school shopping). I took Andrew who was actually really good and I didn't buy a single thing for myself...and Daniel found some clothes he liked...that is a success to me.I did more shopping with Reed and Grant on Wednesday while Drew was sleeping. I picked up some shorts for Dan at a different mall that were his size...I talk it seriously when I'm asked to help someone outfit themselves for the new school year :) I also bought some for Jeff ...and then took them back along with a bunch of other stuff on Saturday :) hit and miss sometimes...
The more important and interesting things we have done include a trip to the temple, one for FHE and one with the whole fam (Dan did baptisms and Drew was at Paul and Karens') then we went to the Mandarin after. We went to the zoo concert again, and another indoor soccer game. Since Reed was in town he played in the game. He also took Drew out onto the field after to take a couple shots on goal :) starting him young... We also had a lot of fun talking with Reed (& Staci) and having him around. We've had a nice week when all is said and done.
HOPE YOU ARE ALL WELL!
Sunday, August 20, 2006
We started off the week with a trip to zoo in the evening for a concert and to see the animals. The concert was some local artists and pretty low-key. Outdoor concerts are always fun and we decided the evening is the perfect time to visit the zoo; it wasn't crowded, the animals seemed more active, and the weather was just perfect! Since there wasn't a crowd we took Andrew to the little play area...I'm attaching a picture of him going down the slide...it was quite the adventure!

This last picture is of an exhibit that was a little startling but very intriguing....(okay, Daniel had to get something that fell down the window well)
Wednesday was a fun day because Reed arrived after a long road trip from DC. Andrew warmed up to Reed when he discovered his soccer skills.
Thursday was a fun packed day. In the afternoon Alison and I went to lunch with Julie and Steve from the Commission. Julie is the only one still working there, so it was interesting to visit and hear what everyone was up to. Julie and Steve are both people I really admire and feel really fortunate to have worked with. I was really lucky to get to work at the Commission and feel like I had a lot of neat opportunities. It feels like I haven't worked there for a lot longer than it has actually been. Although I miss all the people; I don't miss the office/career life. It is a lot of fun to be a mom and enjoy/struggle with Drew. This is a fun time in my life.
Speaking of fun, after Jeff got home from work we visited the Davis County Fair with the Stevens clan for the All You Can Eat Meadow Gold Ice Cream Tent. It wasn't the best idea for all the weight-watchers of the group...but it's only once a year! (Jeff is making a half-hearted attempted at doing weight-watchers, and I'm just trying to not eat as much junk food....I didn't do very well at the fair) After ice-cream the kids road the flying saucers that went up and down. Drew seemed a little nervous but also thought it was pretty neat he was up so high. He is a big fan of the carousel, so he loved that. They also road some fish ride; a bumpy circular ride that goes pretty fast. Drew was a little more vocal about being concerned but excited....a little bit like going on a big roller coaster for the first time. Little Beth did not like the ride at all...poor thing. After a little cotton candy and a balloon everyone was happy again. On our way out we stopped by the petting zoo where Andrew fed a little goat. We had to be careful because it wasn't very good about not biting fingers! What can you expect though, it's a goat! Drew had fun watching and laughing excitedly about the animals.
We had so much fun at the fair that Andrew and I went back the next day with Mom and Daniel. We went in the afternoon and got there just in time for the baby show...a huge waste of energy. It sounded like the kids stand on the stage with everyone for a minute and the judges decide. Instead, I walk with Andrew to the judges where he is on stage by himself. I try to get him to smile and say how old he is and instead he kind of glares at them and puts his figure up his nose...he does that now when he gets nervous around people, I guess it is a comfort position for him :) (Notice the picture of him with Reed above.) I don't think the judges thought it was very cute though! We then had to stay on stage until all the other little kids walked across the stage. So I was wrestling Drew and trying to find a way to climb off the stage since we'd both had about enough. Drew wasn't a winner out of the seemingly hundreds of kids that were there...who knew the competition was going to be so steep :) And it was all for a lousy ribbon...something I am never going to do again...but it was pretty funny though... He was a lot happier once I let him run around and play in the kid areas. The fair had a lot of areas that catered to kids including free pony rides. Daniel and Mom took Drew to visit the hen house and rabbit while I waited in line. He liked the pony, but was ready to get off when the ride was over; they didn't go up and down as much as the carousel :)
Saturday morning, we met up again with the Stevens in Mueller Park for a breakfast of pancakes, hashbrowns, eggs, bacon, and sausage prepared by Paul and Karen. It was a yummy way to start the day. The kids absolutely loved being in the mountains and Drew was just running all over the place. We went on a little hike/walk and enjoyed the fresh air. A little later in the afternoon Jeff and Reed played an outdoor soccer game. Drew and I tagged along and fortunately my parents came also, otherwise I don't know if I would have made it through the entire game. They had 45 minute halfs which made for a very long game especially since Andrew wanted to run around and there wasn't any shade. It sometimes makes me nervous watching Jeff play, especially this game. He can sometime be a little aggressive, especially when he doesn't agree with a call and when the other players are a little hot-headed. We all walked away sweaty and tired...but with all our limbs attached :)
And as if we didn't get enough soccer or excitement for one day, that night we went to the ReAL game. And we finally got to meet Staci (Reed's "friend").
It was a great game. ReAL won 3 -1! We went to Hire's after for a treat with a group of friends; poor Drew was absolutely exhausted...he finally slept soundly through the night...if that is what it takes to get him to sleep well though, it' NOT worth doing that everyday!
PS Sorry I didn't write about anything last week...the main thing I want to share is that I taught the lesson in RS about marriage and eternal families and I was thinking about my family and all my friends that seem like family and how lucky I am. You are great people and examples to me. I feel like even though some are far away all of you are all close to my heart and I think about you a lot....LOVE YOU!

Sunday, August 06, 2006

I'm going to try to be brief this week; mainly because I'm tired. I should maybe switch to doing this a couple times a week, we'll see. I'm not going day by day this week either...I have to admit I've been feeling like I need some change and spontaneity in my life, and it seems like it is appearing in the way I'm formatting my blog (at least this week...that's sometime about as spontaneous as I get!).
We have had a
lot of beautiful summer storms this week which have cooled everything off and made it a lot more fun to play outside, when it's not been raining of course. And it has been even more fun to spend time in the back yard because my I Spy quilt is finished! It is amazing how much work and money it takes to actually complete a whole quilt! Karen bought me the kit and I have had the top sewn for a long time I just haven't ever gotten around to finishing it. Some of the ladies in the area get together and tie quilts once a week so I asked if they'd be
willing to work on mine. Not only did they tie the whole thing in less than an hour, one of the ladies also did the binding on it too! Let's just say I am thrilled to have it done; don't I have great neighbors?! Here is a couple pictures of Andrew enjoying his fun new blanket. He loves looking at all the different fabrics. He'll sometimes climb onto my lap to look at them with me or sprawl out on his stomach to get a closer look. I hope it lasts a long time :)
We were also able to enjoy spending some time outdoors when Hillary and Jessica spotted by with their kids. I haven't seen Jessica and her boys for who know how long! Her hubby's travels a ton so they sometimes go with him and have been in and out of town a lot. It was amazing to see how big her boys they have gotten. It was really nice to just visit and let the kids play. It is crazy to think we are moms now with little families, when it feels like we were all just in high school. Like they say, time flies when you are having fun.
We didn't have a whole lot going on this week which was actually really nice. It is crazy to think I am going to be going back to school soon. I am only taking two classes again so I only have to go twice a week, but I still have to commute to Provo and that is never fun. Well see how it goes, I also need to buckle down with my online classes. I am getting so close, I will only have two more classes after fall semester. I just wish there were some way I could take all four in the Fall and be done with it. Maybe that would be too much, and since it really isn't an option I guess I better be glad I can do what I'm doing :) ...someday I'm gunna get me a educatun!
I did learn how to make frames this weekend though. My cousin Mark and his wife Krista came over with their kids and showed me how they make frames for the embroideries they do for Swiss Days. They make a TON and it is a lot of work! I didn't realize how many steps their are and tools you need. It was really informative though and fun to have them over. I'm attaching a picture of the kids eating together.
I'm trying to get all my projects done before I go back to school and one of them was making a frame for an embroidery I did a long time ago...for Drew's room. Hopefully they can help me get that f
finished. Grant has been helping do some projects around the house before he goes back to school too, and Andrew thinks it is really fun to help him. This is a picture of Drew "helping" clean the garage door. I ended up getting him another bucket with soapy water and it's a good thing, because by the time Jeff came home from work, Drew was in a onesie and his bucket was empty. He had a good time getting that way though.
It's been a good week! Here's Drew with Mugcka and Pugcka enjoying the summer evening...he's a little dyslexic when it comes to saying Grandma and Grandpa
PS We decided not to go to Mexico...it was Puerto Vallarta, then Maui, then Cancun, and now we are just going to stay home. As most of you know Jeff and I are two of the most indecisive people, and when we finally decided to go, I did one more weather check and got cold feet... we'll to another time :)

Monday Jeff had to work so we didn't do a whole lot of celebrating for Pioneer Day. I did buy Andrew some snaps though. He had fun trying to get them to work. He could throw them pretty well but just not hard enough. Drew also entertained everyone with his dancing Monday night, if you have access to the Stevens Family Website take a look at Drew's dancing video...it's pretty funny.
Tuesday was errands and housework. We also helped pack boxes of food for Trek. (I helped with the cookies, and I didn't eat any...although Mom brought home a bunch of leftovers..) It is amazing how much work and preparation goes into putting Trek together. I am glad we were able to help out a little.
Andrew and I went to the neighborhood playgroup in the afternoon. It was a water party with a couple little pools and slip-n-slides. Andrew was a little nervous about getting really wet (he gets timid when we are around a lot of people). I did send him down the slip-n-slide a couple times and he liked it. There are quite a few little boys in the area that are the same age as Andrew and he seems to like playing with them more. It is fun to see all of them together.
We went to another disappointing ReAL game Wednesday night. ReAL lost in overtime...
Thursday Jeff, John, and Stevie took the kids while the girls got together to relax/scrapbook. The guys took the kids to a park and it sounded like they all had a lot of fun but were exhausted when they came back. We girls had a great time talking without having to shout over the noise of little kids. I didn't really get any scrapbooking done, but we've decided we should do it every-other week so I'm sure I'll have some more time to work on my scrapbook :) We'll see how that plays out.
Andrew and I drove to Draper to visit Jeff for lunch. I always tell Andrew Jeff is at work when Andrew asks for Daddy...I know he has been there before, but I thought it would be a fun thing to do since no one was around and I wanted to get out of the house. It is amazing how busy Draper is! Trying to get around down there was terrible (probably because it was lunch time) but it was nice to see Jeff. I also drug Drew to Michael's and Kohl's while we were down there :) Poor guy was exhausted by the time we got home. He fell asleep on the way home and even stayed asleep when I put him in his crib; that never happens! I didn’t know what to do with myself!
That night we met Morgan, Lindsay, and Max Mathie for dinner (friends from work and Jeff’s mission). Their little baby Max is getting so big; he still seems so little compared to Drew. It is amazing how quickly they grow! The Mathies are moving to Phoenix next week for medical school. It was fun to see them before they leave. We are excited for them, and now we have a great reason to go to Phoenix :)
Mom, Dad, and Daniel survived Trek and arrived home safely Saturday. We are back to full house status.
We went to another ReAL game Saturday night. Yes another game this week… this one; however, was probably one of the best games of the season…probably in large part because ReAL won, but it was fun to see a large turn-out for the game and such an enthusiastic crowd. It was a close game and did I mention ReAL won…and they were playing DC United. I was glad we were there.
PS – Jeff and I are toying with the idea of going to Puerto Vallarta…long story…has anyone been there?…I am a little apprehensive and have some questions

Monday:
Not a lot happening Monday, although the dryer did break so that backed up the laundry a little and we had to get our air conditioning fixed in the car and that cost a pretty penny. I think all this overlapped into Tuesday too... Andrew did learn to say, "Niki" from our visits to let her out while Paul and Karen were away. He now thinks every dog is named Niki (he also thinks every baby is named Muckle (Michael)). Drew is doing a lot more talking; he tries to repeat just about everything we say. We are going to have to be even more carefully about what we say now!
Tuesday:
The AC is fixed in the civic!!! Also, since the dryer was broken I put off doing laundry and finished my cowboys corners quilt (at least the top). I'll post a picture later.
Wednesday:
We spent the majority of our time Wednesday evening driving up to a TravelWest sales pitch in Eden only to learn we weren't allowed to attend because children were not allowed (and they were not referring to us, we had brought Andrew with us). Needless to say, they did provided some gas gift-cards but would not give us the other gift cards that were promised for attending the meeting. I think we have learned our lesson and are through with these kinds of marketing ploys...we did have a nice drive home and stopped by the mall where I found some cute sandals on clearance for $8.00, not a complete waste of the evening :)
Thursday:
In the afternoon Drew and I joined Ali and her kids and John and the boys (Cindy was at girl's camp) for story time at the library. Andrew had a hard time sitting and really listening, but he did pretty well coloring a pig (the theme was pigs) after they finished reading. We all went out to eat at McDonald's after...and Drew and I both took well needed naps when we got home! The kids are all so active and have so much energy it is sometimes hard to keep up; it is fun to see the
m having so much fun together though.Later that afternoon Drew and I headed off to Liberty park with Mom and Daniel to meet the Binghams, Chrissy and Janelle and their kids. Jeff also met us there after work. Andrew had a great time playing at the playground. It did make me a little nervous having so many kids around that were a lot bigger than Andrew, but we held our own :) Andrew especially liked the wading streams that are modeled after rivers/canyons in the wasatch mountains. These streams all flow into the "Great Salt Lake". I've attached a couple
pictures. I forgot my camera, so these are from my new camera phone. From the picture I'm sure you can tell how much Andrew enjoyed throwing balls in the water and watching them float down the stream. We also made it home from the park in time to attend Kristin White and Tyler Brown's reception. We saw lots of old friends from high school. It was great to get home and to bed though...what a busy day!
Friday:
Drew and I battled over nap time...I lost and we were both grumpy the rest of the day. I feel like I didn't really get anything done or do anything fun with Andrew because he wouldn't fall/stay asleep and I couldn't bring myself to making him cry for more than 15 minutes...it was my own fault I know. Tough love is the hardest part about being a parent for me right now. Mom watched Andrew for me while I ran some errands (including a trip to the scrapbook store). It was a nice break.
When I got back, Jeff, Drew and I met the Mitchells, J&C Stevens, and Rob to party at Paul and Karen's place while they were gone and watch the Rocky Mountain Review. I'm not sure if anyone was really able to watch much of the game; it was fun to get together though.
Saturday:
Jeff went with John and Stevie in the morning to help look for a little girl names Destiny that has been missing in Salt Lake since either Tuesday or Monday. It makes me so gratefully I have my little guy.
Paul and Karen made it home safely from their cruise to Alaska...we stopped by just to make sure :)

We celebrated Dad's birthday with the family and then headed to the ReAL game for a disappointing game...let's just say Jeff and I decided not to talk about it on the drive home and we still aren't talking about it...The fireworks after were great though and so was the company. John and Cindy came with their boys as well as Mom, Dad, Grant and Dan.
Sunday:
HAPPY BIRTHDAY KAI! We celebrated with cake and ice cream.
I also cut Andrew's hair today. It was a little painful for me to do. I can't believe how long it was, and how blonde and soft. I cut Jeff's hair after...also painful but for different reasons...his is so much darker and not quite as soft. It was sad to see all that baby hair go; my little baby is growing up!
I HOPE YOU HAVE HAD A GREAT WEEK!!!

Monday:
Andrew had his 18 month check up. He is still scared of the Dr.'s office and cried every time they wanted to look at him. (I think his experience at the hospital when he was dehydrated has traumatized him.) The doctor said Andrew is growing and developing right on schedule. He is also 95% for head, 30% for weight (surprising since he feels like a load of bricks) and 65% for height...tall and skinny with lots of brains...who would have thought with Jeff and I as his parents :)
Tuesday:
Jeff and I were able to join Grant Boren & Co at the temple Tuesday night. It was nice to be there with so many family members- Mom, Dad, Grant, Rebecca, Gary and the Dutsons. Jeff and I were lucky to make it there on time (surprise, surprise). It was nice to think about Grant experiencing everything for the first time; it made me think about the first time I went to the temple and how much I have I've learned since then. We missed out on eating at the Mandarin though; it was 9:00 by the time we were done so we needed to pick Andrew up and get him to bed... Jeff is trying to lower his triglycerides before he takes a life insurance health test, so Mandarin wasn't really on the diet anyway...let me know if you want some yummy but heart healthy recipes.
Wednesday:
I finally cut my hair! (Some people haven't even noticed though.) I think once your hair is a certain length, unless you cut it super short, no
one really notices because it is still somewhat long. I feel like it is a lot shorter though. It is a nice change and of course nothing dramatic. I really should do more with it... but I'm lazy! We went to Lagoon tonight with the Mitchells and J&C Stevens. Karen got stake passes from someone she works with so we got in free and rode the rides that were free:
the carrousel, train ride, th e Tilt-a-whirl. It was just the right amount of time for our group! We went to DQ after for a treat. It was fun to get together with the family, and good for the budget too :) Thursday:
Jeff and I went on a date!!! John hooked us up with some free tickets to go see Pirates 2. The showing was sponsored by a company as a kind-of customer appreciation/marketing ploy, so not only did we get free tickets, but they had free (and unlimited) drinks, candy and popcorn...the only downside (besides the weight I gained while we were there) we didn't get there early enough to take complete advantage of the free goodies... they only had M&M's and Jr. Mints left when we got there. We can't complain though! It was the best way to see a movie! Oh, and we also one a $15 card for itunes, now we just need and ipod :)
PS We also signed up for a new cell phone plan with Sprint. Our numbers are still the same, so if you have Sprint we can chat without worrying about minutes.
Friday:
In2M had their annual summer party with a climbing wall, a blow-up caterpillar toy/slide, and water balloon throwing. It was a lot of fun, especially for a work party. I think In2M has been a good company (for Jeff) to work for. He has really enjoyed working there and has been able to learn a lot. I also think they are lucky to have Jeff :) He has been able to get a lot of publicity for the company. He recently helped get a review published in Barron’s... If you still want to try Mvelopes let us know...now if the time...
(I can't find the card reader for my camera, so I'll upload more pictures when I find it)
Saturday:
We "enjoyed" the heat today. The air-conditioning was broken in the house and Mom and Dad were returning home from their pre-treck outing...we thought it best to let them deal with the problem. So besides the record heat, we had a relaxing Saturday. We slept in, Jeff went jogging with Drew, we went to a library book sale, I worked on my quilting (I'll post some pictures when I'm finished.), and we also babysat Jarom and Kai in the evening. We had our little splash pool going, so they had a lot of fun playing in that and going down the slide into the pool. It's fun to see the blonde trio together having so much fun!
Let me know what fun things you are up to!
