SSC Construction Management, LLC was established in 2018 by construction industry leader and military Veteran, Thomas Files. Tom is a Florida Certified General Contractor, who strongly believes in providing a customer-centric project experience. Tom’s vision for starting his own firm was to bring forth his life-shaping experience from the United States Army and combine it with his 22+ years of expertise in the construction industry.
We utilize innovation and we are continuously evolving to better our capability and understanding of the different aspects of delivering high-value construction and complex projects with ease. Through a strong emphasis on processes, scheduling, providing value engineering, and adhering to the critical path, the SSC Construction Management, LLC team is keenly aware of the necessity to react to the ever-changing construction environment on behalf of our clients.
