Happy Easter!

Ski Day

Last Monday Jason took the kids skiing and snowboarding. I went up with them and sat in the lodge for awhile, and got to see them all come down the hill at least once. It was a fun day! The kids really seem to enjoy being on the mountain. Here are some pictures from that trip.

Grandpa and Grandma are missionaries now!

Last Sunday Jason's parents were set apart as full time missionaries for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. They left on Monday to go to the Missionary Training Center in Provo, Utah for about two weeks. From there they will be flying to India where they will serve as Sri Lanka Church Educational System Supervisors for the next 18 months. We will miss them but are excited to share in their adventures. This is them with nine of their twelve gandchildren before saying goodbye.

Daric earns his Arrow of Light

Daric has worked hard as a Cub Scout and will soon be moving up to the 11 year old scouts. Two weeks ago he was awarded the Arrow of Light, Cub Scouting's highest award. We are very proud of him and all of the hard work he has put in to accomplish this. He is a wonderful young man!

Last night the kids enjoyed trick-or-treating with their cousins.

Flag Football Jr League Champions!

Daric and Andrew played in a flag football semi-final tournament game this morning and won. That qualified them to play in the championship game this afternoon. Their team, the 49ers, beat the undefeated Redskins 41 - 8. This was the only team they had previously lost to, so it was a game of sweet revenge. What a celebration! Congratulations boys, it was a great season!
