OUR NETWORK

The State Voices Affiliated Network is a nonpartisan network of 24 state-based coalitions called “State Tables” that collectively partner with over 1,200 organizations. Together, we fight for a world where every vote is counted, every voice is heard, and every need is met.

Whether State Tables and their partners are running voter registration drives, sharing voter education, or advocating for economic justice, we fight for the needs of our communities and know we’re strongest together.

Integrated Civic Engagement

Voting is one tool in the larger toolbox for change. Integrated civic engagement recognizes this and goes beyond traditional civic engagement’s focus solely on voting and elections.

Civic Tech and Innovation

Technology and data are often used to further oppress Black people, Indigenous people, and other people of color; but we can use data to help liberate us. We can do this by making sure technology, tools, training, and resources are in the hands of people experiencing oppression in society.

Moving Money to the Ground

Money and power are some of the most valuable resources in our fight for a healthy democracy. That’s why we’re committed to building intentional relationships and investing in lasting structures in our communities – where we know people power propels change.

Building Leadership and Capacity

Our strategic support to our 25 (and growing!) State Tables leads to long-term power-building that goes beyond election cycles, ensuring our movement is built to last.

Our Impact

All power should be with the people.

We must create a democracy where everyone counts, regardless of race, gender, sexuality, disability, nationality, or class.

We must create a democracy that enables everyone to have the resources they need to live and thrive.

We must center the experiences, voices, and votes of marginalized people to get there.
