We’re currently investigating reports of issues affecting uploads in Global. Users may experience a few assets getting stuck in conversion during batch upload. While most files are processing normally, we are seeing instances where specific assets may become stuck in the "Processing" stage. Our team is working to identify the cause and will share updates as soon as possible. Until the problem is fixed, If you encounter a stuck file, please save your successfully processed assets and attempt to re-upload the specific file that stalled.
