Impact: Whilst we expect this cutover to be seamless due to high redundancy, there may be a brief interruption (less than 5 minute) to some transactions at the beginning of the change and on completion. During this time, any transactions that error will need to be re-submitted.

Investigating - We are currently aware that some businesses are experiencing issues due to service degradation on the Microsoft 365 platform. This disruption is affecting the delivery of MFA emails. As a result, some users may be unable to receive their MFA code, which is required to log in to the MyEway portal.

Please note that this issue is limited to the email-based MFA process only. All payment processing and transaction services continue to operate normally and are not affected.

This issue is primarily impacting gateway merchants that use an acquiring bank supported via the Fiserv bank connector. These financial institutions are NAB, Westpac, St George, ANZ, BankWest, Macquarie, Bank of Melbourne, CitiBank & JP Morgan.
