We have identified the cause of the delayed subscriptions. P12 is experiencing an issue affecting subscription activations and state changes, including port-out credential retrieval and port scheduling. Existing subscriptions are not affected.We have escalated this to P12 and are awaiting their response. We will share another update as soon as we have more information.
