RESOLVED

The incident affecting the EU-3 region has been resolved. Impact: Between approximately 17:48 CEST and 18:27 CEST, some services experienced increased latency, intermittent errors (including HTTP 504 responses), and temporary instability linked to storage infrastructure issues on the provider side. Root cause The incident was caused by a degradation of the underlying storage service in the Outscale EU-3 region. Resolution: The infrastructure progressively recovered as the storage platform stabilized. The affected services are now operating normally. Our teams continued monitoring the platform after recovery to ensure service stability. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience.

INVESTIGATING

Some users may experience: increased error rates, intermittent failures, or degraded platform performance. Initial investigations indicate that one frontend node is experiencing severe instability, potentially related to underlying storage issues. Our engineering teams are actively mitigating the issue and rerouting traffic away from the affected infrastructure where possible.
