Scheduled - Dear Maritime Data Platform User,

As part of our ongoing commitment to provide quality data and superior products, the Maritime Team have scheduled a maintenance cycle for the Geospatial Web Services (GWS) platform ; Historical Vessel Positions (HVP) and Historical Vessel Tracks (HVT) layers for Tuesday, 9 June, 2026.

Maintenance Details: Spire/Kpler Geospatial Web Services Platform Scheduled Maintenance – HVP and HVT Data Layers and includes ShipView

Start: Tuesday, 9 June, 2026 09:00 UTC
End: Tuesday, 9 June, 2026 21:00 UTC

Please note: The full duration of the maintenance window will be Twelve (12) hours.

While the maintenance process is underway, the GWS platform may be unresponsive for several hours. This includes ShipView and Historical data.

All reasonable precautions have been taken to prevent additional data loss and to minimize impact to Maritime Data Platform Services.

Live (LVI) data should remain online and responsive throughout. However, the possibility does exist that users may experience interruptions.

Scheduled - As part of our ongoing commitment to provide quality data and superior products, the Spire Maritime/Kpler Team have scheduled a maintenance cycle for the Real Time Satellite Constellation for Tuesday, 09 June 2026.

This maintenance cycle is in addition to the previously announced Geospatial Web Services (GWS) Maintenance that is planned for the same June 09 date.

Maintenance Details: Kpler Real Time Satellite Scheduled Maintenance Window

Start: Tuesday, 09 June 2026, 13:00 UTC

End: Tuesday, 09 June 2026, 19:00 UTC

Please note: The full duration of the maintenance window will be Six (6) Hours.

Intermittent periods of duration loss of Real Time (RT) Satellite data will occur during the maintenance period. The majority of the connectivity disruptions will occur between 13:00UTC – 16:00UTC. However, there is a possibility of impact until the work concludes at 19:00 UTC. Standard Satellite data, Terrestrial data, and Dynamic/Roaming data are unaffected by this process.

All account types will remain accessible and operational during this maintenance process.

All reasonable precautions have been taken to prevent additional data loss and minimize the impact to Maritime Data Platform services.
