An issue impacting Whoop data in AMS has been traced to a scheduled maintenance window on the vendor's side resulting in the invalidation of all OAuth2 tokens. Our team is working with Whoop Support on a solution.

We were unable to restore connections between Whoop and AMS directly on the Teamworks side due to an issue between systems. Our engineers have identified and resolved the issues impacting our Compliance product.

Description

Teamworks Compliance and Camps will have scheduled downtime on Saturday, 13 June from 1am-1pm ET in order to migrate from our existing deployment model to a new deployment platform that will allow us to more frequently and quickly solve customer issues. Customers will not be able to access the platform during this time. If there are any issues outside of this scheduled window, contact us at teamworks.com/help.
