Identified -
We are currently experiencing instability when sending PIX transactions addressed to a DICT key (CPF, CNPJ, email, phone, or random key). The issue has been identified on our banking partner's side, and their team is actively working on a resolution. Some send attempts may fail or take longer than usual to be processed. Funds are not at risk, and transactions already settled are not affected. We will share an update as soon as the service is restored.
