Two are better than one

I love our everyday craziness. The first picture is so our life. Haha. Yes, Eliam is eating a whole cucumber. Laneah loves to dress herself as you can see. Usually it's a princess dress. :)
Tonight I just got done cooking a yummy dinner from Jamie's food revolution and what did I see? Lots of chubby cheeks asleep on the couch. I enjoyed that dinner in peace and quiet on my own. Jamie is my new hero. I love his recipes!!!

Why I can't stop reading Mormon housewife blogs

I found this interesting. I got a good laugh out of the Seriously so blessed blog. I find more and more women stop with blogging because it takes too much time and they feel guilty for not posting a crafty all homemade tutorial every day. Just be yourself and spend more time with your kids and families instead of hours behind the computer filled with blogging and "prettifying your life".
But then again I have a blog myself. : ) Because Elder Packer said it'd be good to share the gospel on blogs. I know he's inspired, just like all our church leaders. That's why we're all happy Mormon housewives. Because the gospel is true and it makes us happy!

I'm going to eat my birthday cake now. It's not a picture perfect one, I just whipped it up with Laneah yesterday so we wouldn't have to buy an expensive cake. We had fun making it. That's all that mattered.
