2013 Wrap Up

- Jack turned 30
- Jackson turned 3
- Jackson went to the ER where we discovered that he had sprayed himself with pepper spray
- We took a trip to Seabrook, WA and Olympic National Park
- We said goodbye to Spokane
- The kids and I spent 2 weeks in Utah before moving to Florida
- Jack secretly lived in the hospital for 2 weeks
- Jack graduated from his transitional year at Sacred Heart Hospital
- We moved to Miami!
- Jane learned to walk
- We spent a weekend in Naples
- Jane turned 1
- I turned 31
- We took a trip to Newport Beach, CA and Disneyland
- Hannah turned 6
- We spent Christmas in Costa Rica

Phew, what a year.  No wonder the kids keep telling me they never want to go on an airplane again. Looking forward to a fabulous 2014!

Costa Rica

We had a great time with the Stringham family in Costa Rica!  While we were there, we spent a lot of time at the beach and the pool (the ocean water was SO warm), went surfing, went to Manuel Antonio and saw monkeys and sloths, went on a river tour and saw crocodiles, went to church at a local branch, celebrated Hannah's 6th birthday, celebrated Christmas on the beach, and caught up with family members that we haven'ts seen in awhile!  It was especially fun for the kids to get to spend time with their cousins.  Jackson and Brad and Hannah got along so well, it was sweet to see them play together.  It was also the last time we will be able to spend time with Sarah before she leaves on her mission.

We were so proud of Hannah.  She learned to surf on her first try.  She was so brave and she loved it so much!

Jane became extremely attached to her Uncle Sam.  She preferred him to anyone else on the trip, including her mom.
