Process

Before anything starts, you’ll receive a project questionnaire covering all requirements in writing, so we’re aligned from day one and have everything on record. A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot and kick things off.

You’ll receive a moodboard followed by 3 distinct logo directions, each with its own visual language and personality. You choose the one that feels right and we go from there.

Based on your chosen direction, I design the logo and put together a full presentation explaining the rationale behind every decision, and showing the logo in action. This stage takes around a week.

The presentation is shared for your review. Any refinements and iterations are made until you’re happy with the result. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of all requested changes.

Once you’ve signed off on the final version, you receive the complete brand guidelines document, all final logo files, and any additional brand assets ready to use across every touchpoint.

You’ll receive a content request outlining everything needed to build the site: copy, images, and video if applicable. Authentic, original imagery is always the priority. If stock images are needed, just let me know and I’ll factor that in.

This is where the site comes to life. Design and prototyping typically takes 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the scope of the project, the number of pages, and the content supplied.

You’ll receive the website prototype for review. Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included, covering layout, copy and imagery changes. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of all requested changes.

Once everything is approved, the site is deployed to your hosting of choice. Not sure which hosting to go with? I’m happy to point you in the right direction.
