1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 & 1/2 cup all purpose flour

bake at 350 for 1 hour

Boil Asparagus for 3 minutes max, then transfer to already hot coconut oil and sautee for a few more minutes on high. Add favorite vegetable seasoning and season salt. Add freshly shredded parmesan cheese. Eat immediately. Perfect when soft but crunchy.
