Refund Eligibility

As all our apps include the fully functional 14-day evaluation period, refund requests will generally only be approved in the following case:

• The software contains a reproducible technical defect that substantially prevents normal use and our support team is unable to provide a solution.
• You were charged multiple times for the same purchase.
• A purchase was made accidentally and the software has not been actively used.
